Lovely farm house. Beautiful main building where the lovely host served a fantastic breakfast. Great there was somewhere to charge our electric car. So fantastic to have the outdoor hot tub and sauna all to ourselves. Our pre-teen girls really appreciated their first sauna and dipping in the snow experience. Really welcoming and accommodating hosts. I’d definitely recommend and we’d stay here again if we are coming this way again.

Our stay at Ulvsby Ranch was very pleasant. We went there with the family for a short getaway during Easter holidays. It was perfect to sleep in the countryside, quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. Karlstad is just 15 min away by car which made it very easy for us to explore the city. Good facilities in the cabin: well-equipped kitchen, nice and comfy beds, clean toilets and shower room, everything you need! We enjoyed making tacos for dinner and a relaxing evening before going to bed. Our host Carina was very helpful and communication was easy. Thanks so much! We totally recommend staying at Ulvsby Ranch :)

Breakfest variety was good. In the shower room was body and hair washing stuff. In price was included wellness area and gym, but I didn't visit these.

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was happy, friendly and helpful. Y room was in the old part of the building with a view if the water. The room was perfect. The breakfast spread was very good. Nothing was missing.

Breakfast, fika and dinner are always included when you stay at Home Hotel Drott. Home Hotel Drott lies directly opposite Karlstad Central Station. There is free sauna and hot tub access.

I was late arriving the first night. The manager went out of her way to provide me with a delicious hot meal. The breakfast was very good.

Home Hotel Bilan is housed in a former county prison, 50 metres from Drottninggatan shopping street in Karlstad. It offers a private prison museum and rooms with free WiFi.
