The staff were amazing and very friendly. They would go out of their way for you. The room while small, had everything you needed and was very clean. The location was very good because it was more residential and quiet, but still easy to walk 20 mins to the Old town or take a bus or metro. Also the included breakfast was fantastic and had plenty of options.

The Clarion Collection hotels are exceptional for many reasons. First they include a very healthy, delicious and varied breakfast and dinner, which makes the price of the hotel extremely reasonable. They also includ a daily mid/afternoon snack and tea service for their guests which makes staying in the hotel a very cosy and comforable experience. The best part of this hotel were their staff. They were all very helpful, kind, generous and professional. I especially want to thank the manager Elias for allowing me to have an extended stay so that I could rest. Lotta waa always kind and helpful. I want to thank Jonas for giving me a loaf of home/made bread as a gift. The hotel has a very comfortable lobby, large bedrooms with very comforagble mattresses. The location is great as it is located only three stops from the city center by a conveniently located bus. The hotel is also located in a nice neighborhood with a shopping center, movie theater and several small restaurants. I would definitely recommend going back to this hotel in the future and telling my friends how well I was treated. It was a pleasure being back in Stockholm.

10/10. Everything was perfect. The room was spotless and very well equipped. The provided a steamer for the clothes, hair dryer, ear plugs, toothpaste and toothbrushes kits, bath robes and even a mini cocktail bar. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable, that sitting on them after a long day felt like a hug. Definitely the best hotel I've ever been to. The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. They allowed us to leave our luggage in their storing room before check in and after check out, so we wouldn't have to carry them around in the city until our flight.
