The comfort of the apartment and the kindness of our hosts contributed to that we spent a fantastic week in Slovenia. Igor and Lucija were very considerate: they waited for us with welcome presents like dairy products, snacks, beverages, and even with their own wine! Wow. They also allowed us to charge our EV at night so we did not have to worry about charging stations. The whole apartment was ours, did not have to share with others. The neighbourhood was calm. The house was well equipped, clean, and spacious. Lucija made a "book" of recommendations, like what is worth seeing, where to eat, etc. and also provided some extra tips. Beds were perfect. Thank you very much for this nice week!

The location was perfect for us, because it's at the end of the small village of Lokve totally surrounded by nature and near lots of hiking trails. The other best thing was the sauna, which is spacious and works perfectly.

The location of DS Camping is absolutely beautiful in the mountains, watching the sunset over the fields was fantastic. The facilities were usually kept quite clean so bathing wasn’t uncomfortable at all. My only complaint is that while we were there a storm came and the showers have large gaps under the doors and a gap on top which was absolutely freezing to shower in that night with the wind blowing in, but these sorts of things are to be expected at a campsite! The staff were all really friendly and we were able to go horse riding on our last day which was amazing. Their dog was also adorable! The location was really close to Italy as well so we were able to drive over a few times for day trips.
