Our stay at Bled Rose was nothing short of incredible. Nestled right at the edge of the stunning Lake Bled, this hotel offers a breathtaking view that left us speechless every morning. To our delight, we were upgraded to a superior double room, which featured a spacious balcony with what must be the best view of the lake. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with vibrant and tasteful colors that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every detail of the decor added to the overall charm of the hotel, making it feel luxurious yet cozy. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality was flawless. We even received water and biscuits for our journey home upon checking out. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—it was just steps away from the lake and close to all the major sights, yet peaceful and serene. It was the ideal place to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Bled. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Bled. From the incredible views to the outstanding service, every aspect of our stay was perfect 😊

Bled lake is beautiful and just as you see in the photos.

Bled lake is beautiful and just as you see in the photos. It is possible to walk or cycle the full way around the lake. Bled Castle is lovely. The town of Bled was a little disappointing. Some nice restaurants, but not many nice shops for browsing. Vintgar Gorge is nearby and well worth a visit.

When planning our trip to Europe I joined a facebook group to help determine where we should stay and for how long. We traveled to Germany (Munich - Garmisch) and then to Salzburg, Austria then to Lake Bled, Slovenia and finished our trip to Venice, Italy. Many people commented that we were staying too long in Lake Bled (we stayed 3 nights). Absolutely not! Slovenia is gorgeous with so many things to do. Vacations really depend on who you are traveling with and what they like to do. Lake Bled was beautiful, peaceful and definitely for the active type of traveler. Biking, beach, kayaking, canoeing, canyoning, hiking, caves, paragliding. If this is you I would encourage you to stay here. We would have loved another couple of days on our trip so we could have explored the Triglav National park. Go to the Postojna cave, it is really cool. Canyoning in Grmečica was awesome as well. The night kayak was a calm fun adventure.

Bled is a very picturesque place that really is as beautiful...

Bled is a very picturesque place that really is as beautiful as the photos. There are a good selection of restaurants in the town. It was probably the busiest of all the places we visited but still didn't feel too crowded in June. There are lots of places to visit near to Bled - we enjoyed walking up to the Ojstrica viewpoint, Vingtar gorge, Lake Bohinj, and discovered Lake Jasna on our way to the Vrsic pass.

It’s just so beautiful.

It’s just so beautiful. It is a great place for walking around or just being. There are ways of getting around if walking too far isn’t your thing, shuttles and a little tourist train operate through most of the mid and high seasons. The castle is fascinating and the views amazing. There are plenty of activities for the more active, with boats and bikes for rent. As a solo traveler I felt relaxed and safe.

Lake Bled is a must see location. You can walk around the lake, and visit restaurants and cafes that line its shores. The lake is surrounded by lush forests, and there an island in the lake with a church and even a cliff top castle.

The site is enchanting.

The site is enchanting. The food was good everywhere we went. Take a dip in the lake, it's refreshing, and clear The castle hike up is fairly steep, not for everyone, just take your time, the view is outstanding, however the price is high to get in. The people were so nice nearly everywhere we went. If you get to see a artisans market near the lake, the artists are really nice and do nice work for tourists (pottery, jewelry). There's a hotel with pool entry, a nice choice with great sunset view. Enjoy!

This is one of the best experiences we have had in Hotels around Europe, on arrival, we spoke to the Car Parking attenant and he seemed to kw who we were on arrival and immediately directed us to our car parking space, perfect ! check in was a breeze, great view over Lake Bled, was nice in the evening, early morning, the rooms do not exactly blow you away, but they are comfortable, and classic I would say, the Breakfast in the morning was superb and plentiful and a fantastic spread, great place to be you can book this one with confidence

We had a fantastic stay at Vila Apartment Bled Lake. It’s spacious, modern, and has every convenience you could possibly need for a self-catering holiday. Our room was large, with a door between the double bed and the two single beds, and a nice balcony. The hotel is right next to the lake, so very easy access to the bathing piers. Free private parking (hard to come by in Bled!).
