The location was very near to the old town, and the people at the desk were very friendly, as was the young girl at the bar. The hotel was very clean.Our buffet breakfast was excellent and the lady who worked in the breakfast room was very friendly and efficient.

The Hotel Bio is a family-owned Hotel, very cozy and it has everything what was needed for our short visit. We received a very spacious room with a spacious balcony. The breakfast was very good (the best marinated peppers, feta cheese, olives, omelette etc). The owners were very friendly, and even borrowed umbrellas for us in that rainy day :)

Staff was so kind and helpful, the room was really big and comfortable. Really love the small hallway inside the room, with a second door making it even more soundproof and easy when entering and leaving the dogs in the room. Big bathroom with a lot of space. Also close to everything needed.

I had a very nice and pleasant stay in this freshly renewed apartment (with new comfortable bad). The parking in the underground garage is a significant plus. The host is very responsive and kind. The apartment is situated in a very good location in the heart of the historical centre in a nice and very silent street, where is possible to sleep very well. I definitely recommend the apartment.

Koper is a relatively small town, but it offers a remarkable...

Koper is a relatively small town, but it offers a remarkable variety of attractions and activities. There is a theatre, a chamber concert hall, many interesting shops and galleries, and numerous excellent restaurants serving fresh seafood. The old town is particularly charming, with its maze-like network of narrow streets and alleys. You may find yourself lost at first, but it is easy and enjoyable to find your way around. The Port of Koper is impressive in size and especially fascinating from an engineering perspective. Between Koper and Izola, there is a beautiful pedestrian and cycling path, approximately 7 km long, with several beaches along the route. Everything is exceptionally clean and well maintained, and there are plenty of parks and playgrounds for children. Although the Slovenian coastline is relatively short, each of its coastal towns is worth visiting, including Piran, Izola, and others. The beautiful and well-organized Strunjan Beach is another destination not to be missed. Trieste is also very close by and well worth a visit. The city offers a unique blend of Austro-Hungarian and Italian architectural influences, creating a distinctive atmosphere and making it a fascinating place to explore. Overall, this region is an excellent destination for anyone looking to combine culture, history, nature, and seaside relaxation. Recommended places: The restaurants Mornarček, Stella Maris, Loggia, and Eden in Edini in Koper are all excellent choices, offering great food and a pleasant atmosphere. I would also highly recommend visiting the Wine Fountain in Marezige, near Koper, where you can enjoy local wines while taking in spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and the Adriatic coast. If you visit the fountain, the restaurant Karjola, located directly across from it, is another excellent place to enjoy delicious local cuisine and the beautiful scenery.

Small town by the sea, no rush, no stress, all others places around (Izola,Piran,Portoroz,Trieste) is very close, and easy to get and see. Very friendly people, feeeling is so nice...All recommendation for visiting this side of Slovenia.

Lovely little coastal town with plenty of history and and well mapped walking trail. to wonder around, although parking is not free anywhere near the centre , which we hate, hate paying for parking and worrying about the time we need, time we have etc! Spoils your holiday but it's mostly the same all over Slovenia , I feel sorry for businesses as you have to take into account the extra if you just want to stop for a coffee and so decide not to!

A lovely small town at the sea where everything is reachable...

A lovely small town at the sea where everything is reachable by foot so you can enjoy endless walks. Extremely beautiful sunsets at the marina area, lovely Venetian architecture, tasty cuisine. Very underestimated because of Piran's popularity but very cozy and comfortable for a leisure vacation. Lovely green beach Slovene Riviera and nearby Zusterna. I would recommend Koper to everyone as a base for their Slovenian seaside sightseeing as Izola and Piran are just 20-40 minutes drive away.

As a small historic town on what was an island once despite...

As a small historic town on what was an island once despite having a massive deep water port it is a very pleasant place but you can see it in a day unless you are staying for something more specific as a base (for the excellent wineries and countryside in my case).

Koper is a lovely town by the sea.

Koper is a lovely town by the sea. Although Koper has a huge port, tourists offer is also rich. Beautiful old town with famous buildings, University center, everything that you could possible need in many shops, restaurants, shopping malls. Kind people and beautiful, very well taken care of, nature, and close to other Slovenian nature parks. Road network is excellent and you can easily get anywhere you want.

Overall good stay, very basic, but everyday we only had own breakfast and left for the day, return to shower and sleep, so the accommodation was ok for this type of vacation. - quick, easy and helpful communication (via whatsup, we haven't met the owner) - air-condition also to warm up the space + small heater in the bathroom - calm and silent zone (think walls, but we had respectful neighbours) - parking - nice seaside walk to the Koper center (35min) and to Izola (60min) - nice view from the balcony Thank you!

A pleasant, modern apartment in a quiet part of Koper, featuring a private terrace and parking space. The seaside promenade and the city center can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. The apartment was clean and comfortable. A very nice surprise was the welcome basket with local Slovenian products. Communication with the host was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and were satisfied. We would be happy to return in the future.
