This facility has it all! For grown-ups and children. The kids lived the aqua park, the food was very good and every day it was changed. The swimming pools at the hotel is heaven. And Ptuj is a small little gem!

The location of the hotel is great, it is located near the highway. Plenty of parking spaces, Room equipment corresponds to the photo, we had a very good sleep. Breakfast was very varied and at a reasonable price, we definitely recommend it. The restaurant and its menu, including the pleasant staff, were a very nice surprise. We really liked it here. We stayed here for two nights and I believe it was not the last time.

Keys were obtained through keybox at the door. Parking is right accross the street, 15m, at the moment free, no need to use the parking card provided. The apartment is big and well equipped. Wish most other apartments we stay in would be like this. It is close to the city, just 5 min walk to city center. It is right on the street, but at night there is barely any cars passing. Wifi was good.

When we entered the apartment, we did not expect and did not believe that we would get an apartment of such a size that is tastefully furnished. We stayed there for 3 nights and felt like at home. Petar and his wife, the hosts, provided us with fruits, vegetables, eggs, sausages, pastrami and much more. Every day they asked us if we were missing anything and were very kind. In short, exemplary hospitality! One would have thought we had come to a 5-star hotel or more. Thank you very much for everything, highly recommend and we will be happy to come back again :)

For me, it is a very beautiful historic town that we unfortunately did not have enough time to fully explore. The main landmarks are the castle, the surrounding narrow streets, and the river. The town is not quite as flawless as the towns further west, but for me personally, that gives it even more charm.

Ptuj is a beautiful historic town.

Ptuj is a beautiful historic town. We visited the castle (which houses a museum with a collection of musical instruments and paintings) and strolled through the historic center. Finding an open restaurant on a Saturday at noon was a bit of a challenge, but since a music festival was taking place in the town, there were plenty of street food options.

Fantastic old town with free parking (for once!) Just outside city , was beautiful up at the top at sunset, there is a pretty walk along the river which takes you to z Thermal centre where you cam book in for treatments

Ptuj is a lovely old town with much history.

Ptuj is a lovely old town with much history. My husband was born there so I have visited many times and was very happy to see how the tourism has become more popular in the last 2 years. However Ptuj is still a very relaxed town with a nice cafe culture and some lovely restaurants with both modern and traditional food. A walk up to the old castle is a must as is a stroll along the river. The town boasts the oldest wine cellar with delicious wines on offer. The old cobbled streets can be a little steep for some and many choose to get around on bicycles. The town looks beautiful when all lit up on the evening especially the view from the river

Very nice historic town by the lake and river.

Very nice historic town by the lake and river. You have to see is the castle and its museums. You definitely should enjoy the breathtaking view of the surroundings. The Kurentova hiša museum in the city center is also great. We appreciated the nice interpretation of the guide who introduced us to an interesting local custom. I recommend eating at the fish restaurant Gostilna Ribič or at the restaurant Gostilna Amadeus. If someone likes ice cream, then I recommend Sladoled Deti at Slomškova street 14 where you can get a huge cone of great ice cream for 1.8 euros.

I loved it! The town has a very good vibe.

I loved it! The town has a very good vibe. Despite the old town not being very full of people, it is pretty amazing. We had the opportunity to have a tour guide, whom I highly recommend. She shared many interesting and funny facts or legends about this beautiful place. We stayed just for two nights, but next time I would love to take a bike trip around, visit the castle, and enjoy the spirit in the Music Cafe or the town cinema (the oldest cinema in Slovenia. :)

This is a lovely apartment with a great kitchen, large, comfortable bed, sitting space, a great shower, a working washer plus clothes rack for drying. And there is a single-serving coffee maker for which the host also had provided coffee pods. The apartment is a 5-min walk from the town square and the church. This was one of the nicest places we stayed in Slovenia, and Mario is a very nice man.

The host could not have been nicer! She was so welcoming, helpful, generous and thoughtful! The apartment is very cosy and comfortable, a real little home away from home. It is very quiet and not too far from Ptuj and very close to the Terme. I stayed for 8 nights and was extremely happy there. I can totally recommend the place and would return if I come to Ptuj again. Ptuj was very nice too!
