I like everything, vintage and simple. The bathroom is very clean latterly shiny .The owners are incredibly friendly. Breakfast was tasteful , location very nice 7 min away driving from the center of Tolmin and 20 min away from soca river view point and kozjak waterfalls.

The hotel is really beautiful. An old castle converted into a hotel where even the staircase lighting was taken care of so the lamp looks old-fashioned with the novelty of a motion sensor to be ESG (saving and caring for the planet Earth). The room is small, but so nicely decorated and in the end it seems spacious. The beds are comfortable, the room is clean. Oh yes, there are a bunch of sockets - that really impressed me. :-) The tap water is of course drinkable, but the hotel also prepared a bottle and glasses with a description that the water is drinkable. The breakfast is very rich (just bring those small packaged butters). The location of the hotel is great, central and yet so quiet. Parking is 50-100 m from the hotel, but it is free and it is straight from the parking lot to the entrance to the hotel so you can drag/push your suitcase neatly.

It is really clean and new accomodation. It has washing room, nice showers and toilets. They have a decent kitchen too.

Cleanliness, service, beautiful garden, peacefulness

Beautiful location (I had a room with balcony with view on the lake). The breakfast was very nice. Super friendly owners. They are working hard, step-by-step, to upgrade the facilities to nowadays' standards.

Lovely accommodation with everything you could hope for and more! What a lovely area as well. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda, having a glass of wine overlooking the small town. A bonus for us was the church bells - for some it might be load but we loved it as it formed part of the whole experience. Parking is right at the building and very convenient. When they say the road is immediately on the left as you come into town at the garage, don't look for an modern road, it is a small single paved road leading into the old town and it is indeed immediately, sharp left once you see the cafe on the right. (They sell nice ice cream at this cafe.) We went for early morning hikes around the lake and it was some of the most beautiful scenery we saw. Thank you for having us.
