This is a superb hotel in the best location in the old town. Compliments to the staff at the reception. Very nice, spacious and modern room. We did not have the breakfast here so can not comment on this. However we did have our dinner at the hotel restaurant which was just lovely. It is not possible to fault the hotel at all. Great value for the money!

Amazing location at the main square, lovely room, super friendly staff. If we visit Levoča again, definitely booking this one.

It was in the old town, in a very good location and the building is cozy. The breakfast is average, you can choose from the range.

We arrived very late in the evening without prior accommodation, and most places in the area had a check-in deadline of 10 PM. We called the hotel around 11 PM, and a kind lady came over to personally open the hotel and prepare a room for us. She was extremely helpful and polite, and we truly appreciated her effort. The hotel itself is new, spotlessly clean, and offers a great breakfast. Free parking is also available on-site, which was very convenient. Given the service and quality, I can’t give this hotel anything less than a 10. Thank you once again for your outstanding hospitality!

Friendly and comfortable hotel in the beautiful Slovak Paradise. Good food, beautiful garden and a wellness area with potential.

Friendly staff. Easy check in, lots of free parking in front and in the back of the building. Clean and nice room with plenty of storage for clothes and a small refrigerator. Nice and clean bathroom. Very good free internet. Very good breakfast. Good location.

A short 10 min walk from train station, very cenvenient when taking an early train. Staff friendly and helpful. I got a great deal that included breakfast. Room was fine - I slept well.
