Featuring free WiFi and an outdoor pool, Smile Residence offers accommodation in Rawai Beach. The property is located about a 10-minute drive to Nai Harn, Kata and Karon beaches. All the staff here were brilliant and helpful. Great communication skills and advice when asked. Issues are efficiently sorted. I had a leaky pipe in the bathroom, repaired within a few hours. Swimming pool was great. Location excellent for local bars, shops and restaurants. Not far from brilliant beaches - if you have transport. Rooms are neat, cleaned every day with fresh bedding. It felt safe and secure. Excellent value for money! I stayed 22 days.

The rooms are big, comfortable, and quiet. The location is ideal for traveling both north and around Rawai/Nai Harn. Best of all, Paul and the team were all so helpful with any advice throughout my stay, really amazing hosts who will assure you have all the info you need for a lovely time. I'll definitely be staying again next time i'm in Phuket.
