This review is based on this being a motel which cost £20 for the night for the three of us:) Reception having instant noodles, drinks and snacks was perfect after arriving late. Very warm welcome. Clean and tidy room. A perfectly adequate shower. An urn instead of a kettle so no boiling noises at all and hot water on tap for the evening and morning. Spacious room with a nice view into a clean green field out the back. Parking directly outside the room.

The hotel was impeccably clean, we had a triple room which had the biggest bed we have ever slept in. It was bigger than a king size bed. It is an exceptionally well run family owned business that have put a lot of love and attention to detail in it. Our room was very quiet and we slept really well. There is a fantastic coffee shop across the road which offered a delicious breakfast. We can highly recommend this hotel.

A stop over on our way to Khao Sok. The owner was so helpful and was there to welcome us as we arrived. Though there was not a restaurant on site he pointed us down the beach to a lovely beach bar.
