The food is very good and was very happy with the bungalow. Very little electricity, but fits perfectly if you have minimalistic life style. Beautyfull nature. Perfect place for couples & grown up responsible adults who wish to chill. Please dont bring your naughty kid here, there is nothing for them there and you spoil other peoples vacation.

Everything. The hosts are so nice, the food prepared there is delicious, you can really relax. The bungalows are private and nestled in lush nature with hornbills coming up close. Also the view on the sea and small island from the balcony is priceless!

It is a beautiful place with a small, lovely, and clean beach. I stayed in a bungalow up on the hill, surrounded by forest. In the morning, I could see many animals such as monkeys, hornbills, and squirrels—it was fantastic.No traffic noise, only sound of the ocean! The family who runs this place is really friendly and helpful. They also have a restaurant with fresh and tasty food. I stayed there much longer than I had planned because I enjoyed it so much and was able to relax in the peaceful natural surroundings. Thank you so much for everything🙏🏽. I hope to come again😍

I loved my stay at Sunset Bungalow—unfortunately far too short. I arrived the day before Christmas, and they kindly upgraded me to an amazing bungalow right in front of the sea. The food is truly delicious and varied, with very fair prices for the island, and they offer many vegan options. The lovely elderly woman who started this place 30 years ago with passion even repaired a large tear in my sarong for free, carefully machine-stitching it herself. Such a rare and touching gesture. I also met a German man who has been coming here for 24 years—very telling of the place. The place is peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful beach right in front. At the same time, there are other restaurants and small shops within walking distance (about 15–20 minutes), which makes the location very convenient. I really appreciated their commitment to reducing plastic on the island, offering a paid water refill service instead of plastic bottles. The relaxed common area with books, and all the small details—drawings, paintings, and handmade touches—give this place a beautiful, warm energy.

What an amazing place and people! The owner, Wat, is an amazing guy and super helpfull and his Auntie is the best Cook ever, also the dog Madame was a sweetheart ♡ it felt like being home with family over there!!! I also made a painting on the wall, i will put a pic down below. If your looking to wind down from the crazyness of the world, i highly recomment going here!

I had an amazing stay here. I’ve been staying many places on the island, but here you get the best food. The vibes are super chill and view is beautiful. Perfect if you like to stay in a secluded place. The huts are simple but very good value for the money. Love the place!
