The lady was so kind. She is incredibly helpful, offered free water, picked us up when we were stranded at a temple, dropped us of at another temple, let us leave our bags there for a day while we were back in Phayao passing through. She really made Phayao feel like home.

The bungalow style room was super cute, I liked that he had like a separate area like a garden but it was actually enclosed The staff are super kind, we were scared of a spider in our room (even if it was not dangerous at all) and they kindly moved us to another room after trying to catch him
