Villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a living room and 2 terraces, with a panoramic view of the sea. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. It doesn't have AC or WIFI, but I knew that from the moment of booking. There are beaches nearby, but you have to use a car. there are also many grocery stores and places to eat (must use a car). I recommend the restaurant/terrace 44 located near the beach and with very good food and a very kind staff. (on the fridge in the villa I found a magnet with the name of the restaurant - very good recommendation)

The cunda island itself is a good place. We never new before that Cunda is a resort for locals, just stopped here occasionally. On the island side opposit to where the hotel is - theare are plenty of street markets and nice restaurants in the evening - highly recommend!

Staying here feels like stepping into Switzerland – everything is finely tuned like a Swiss watch, yet it unfolds on Turkey’s breathtaking Aegean coast. We stayed in a spacious bungalow: sound‑insulated, comfortable, peaceful. We asked for an extra mattress and received a full, high‑quality one — it transformed our living room into a second bedroom. Every request was met with kindness and care. The food was a highlight: fresh, generous, and soulful. Local fish and ultra‑sweet watermelons were unbelievable delights. Breakfasts with hand‑selected ingredients felt indulgent and heartfelt. Live music over the weekend added warmth without noise. The grounds are immaculate – green lawns, hammocks, clean pathways, and a gently sloping, crystal‑clear beach. The sea breeze is invigorating. If I could suggest one upgrade, it would be natural down pillows like those at Sofitel — to complete the luxury. D‑Resort Ayvalık is among the best resort stays I’ve had, rivaling Park Hyatt Saadiyat. Deep thanks to Cantekin and the team. We’ll return soon.

Great location overlooking the sea and easy car trip into Ayvalik and an easy stroll to the Cunda Markets. The host was lovely and breakfast was not only delicious but incredibly generous. The room was enormous and the bathroom a good size. The bed was comfortable and clean and the balcony had furniture so that you could sit and enjoy the sunset.

We stayed at Rawda Resort for three nights during a road trip through Turkey. It turned out to be one of the most pleasant accommodations we’ve experienced, especially in terms of comfort and service. Rawda Resort is a charming, peaceful place with beautiful rooms, a great pool area, and solid service. While it’s not a huge resort, it feels intimate and well-organized. Perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing stay on Turkey’s western coast. We left with great memories and would gladly return! Spacious Family Suite: We upgraded to a family suite with two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, and mini fridge. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped. Clean and Quiet Environment: The resort was very quiet during our stay, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. Common areas like the lobby and hallways were well-maintained and pleasantly scented. Friendly Staff: Staff were helpful and polite. Even though not all of them spoke English fluently, communication was smooth thanks to their attitude and effort. Delicious Food: Meals were surprisingly good. The variety wasn’t overwhelming, but everything was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. There was a mix of local dishes, grilled options in the evening, and even fresh Turkish flatbread (pide) made on the spot. Nice Pool Area: The main pool was clean, well-maintained, and rarely crowded. There were enough sunbeds and shade, and a small kids' pool as well. Direct Beach Access: The resort is right by the sea, and has its own sunbeds, umbrellas, and even a small pier with stairs into the water. Efficient Communication: All staff used walkie-talkies for fast coordination, which made service efficient across the entire property.
