Absolutely fantastic stay at TRYP by Wyndham Istanbul Basin Ekspres! The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything needed. The room was spacious, quiet, and very well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. The location is also very convenient, especially for airport access and shopping areas nearby. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Looking forward to staying here again!

The Hotel was perfect and just what I needed and expected from a 5 star hotel. I attended the YE concert in Istanbul, and needed a hotel that was close to the stadium and the metro station, and La Quinta Gunesli was not more than 5 minutes by foot from the 15 Temmuz Station which made travelling to the Attaturk Olympic Stadium easy and fast for me. The room was spacious and clean, it included a safe, a perfectly working air conditioner and a minibar along with tea, coffee and water included. The bed was large and comfortable, sheets were clean with no stains or hair, bathroom had more than enough towels and the was also clean. The breakfast was good even though for a 5* hotel it can be a little bit better, but it still has more than enough and everything you need to have a nice morning meal, especially the turkish sweets and snacks, you don't find so many different ones in most of the other hotels, so it has a wide variety of them. Uppon entry, there was a problem with the room keycard, as it is needed to access the elevator also but the staff including the cleaning service was helpful and solved the problem quickly and receptionist gave me a new one instantly, didn't have any problems with it after that. Then room service even brought me a plate of different fruits as a compensation for the time i spent for them to give me a new card, which was not more than a few minutes. And at last but not least I want to say thank you to the sweet and helpful guest manager Nazli Aydin at the reception, she handled my check in with care, accepted my payment in Euro and Lira combined and answered all my questions and completed my check in and inquiries fast with great attention to detail with perfectly professional manner, she definetly deserves a raise and made me feel comfortable staying at the hotel, because the people at the reception are the face of the hotel, and for a 5* hotel she is the perfect representative.

The room was always cleaned and the stuff are very friendly and also they help me with all my needsThe taxi driver charged me 3,300 instead of 300 When the hotel owner heard about this, he directly went to the taxi rank, intervened in the incident and sent my money back. They are really like a family, I thank you very much. For everything for sure I will buck again thanks again 🙏

The hotel room was incredible, beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. The front of house assistant, named Ayten was superb in making us feel welcome. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and informed us well of all the facilities and procedures for attending breakfast the next morning. She really has the customers best interests at heart. 10/10

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The room was modern, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Good location and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
