What a lovely couple! They were so kind and the breakfast so delicious, even with homemade strawberry jam. From beginning to kind the elderly couple were so kind, coming to find us when we couldn't find the apartment and attending to our every need throughout our stay.

The room was big enough if you travel solo or the most 2 persons. The view from our room was magnificent as we chose lake view. Their breakfast was the best! I like their strawberry jam. The owner was very nice and helpful.

The lake is very beautiful and clean and the beaches are big and nice and quiet, with all the space you want. Egirdir is also a charming and quiet town, with some old wooden greek houses, a fine mosque and a beautiful medrese. The peninsula in particular is what makes Egirdir attractive. This is where most hotels and pensions are, most of them family-owned, as well as a few nice restaurants. In addition, in summer, Egiridr is very enjoyable as it is less hot than other places in Turkey due to the mountains. When we were there, the temperature was 44° in Antalya, but 29° in Egirdir.

This is a standard two-star business hotel with round-the-clock reception and rooms over four storeys. The location is good, one minute from the bus station and surrounded by shops and eateries. The peninsula is within easy walking distance. The staff at reception were super helpful and friendly, they provided additional blankets on demand and always tried their best despite the language barrier. The quadruple room was very simple but satisfactory.

From $35 per nightWe had an absolutely fantastic 5 days at Sehsuvar peace pension.Sitting in the centre of the small peninsula jutting into lake Eğirdir.We we’re made to feel so welcome, almost like part of the family.The owners were the nicest people you could wish to meet.Eğirdir is a very beautiful and peaceful place.We will be returning next year definitely and sehsuvar peace pension will be the place we will be staying.

Our room and the location of the hotel were perfect. We went swimming in the beautiful lake which is just in front of the hotel late in the evening and early in the morning. Compared to other holiday regions, we found the island habitants very friendly and welcoming.
