We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay and would definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Demre. The apartment is brand new, stylish, and beautifully decorated, with everything thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. It was also impeccably clean upon arrival. We especially loved the spacious living room and the wonderful walk-in shower, and firm comfortable mattresses, which felt really nice after a day out exploring. The villa itself is very well maintained, clean and secure. If you have a car, it's easy to reach the nearby beaches where locals enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear sea. Overall, this was one of those places that immediately feels like a home (when you are away from home). The combination of comfort, cleanliness, beautiful settings, and the hospitality made our stay memorable. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning in the future.

A great spacious apartment with modern appliances, bathroom and fittings. Comfortable bed and sofa. Table and chairs. We didnt use the balcony due to the road works outside but it had table and chairs as well as a 2nd clothes dryer (there is a washing machine which is always appreciated for longer trips). Easy walk to St Nicholas Church and town. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. Short drive (or 2kms walk) to Myra ruins. Easy and beautiful scenic drive to Kekova and Simena Castle. Parking in laneway behind (or on street when roadworks are finished). Easy checkin and great communication. Wonderful staff, thank you to brothers Ahmet & Cihan and your father (sorry didnt catch his name). Totally recommend!

Very nice place with a view on Kekova, nice house with pretty garden! Yusuf is very nice and he does everything to make you feel perfect! Breakfast was exceptional! We did not order dinner, but seeing breakfast… we should have reserved as well! Thanks to Yusuf and family!

Spacious, super-clean, tastefully decorated and well-managed apartment in a local neighbourhood of Demre. The host is highly professional, business-friendly and respectful. The price to quality ratio is good. We, a family of 4, enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay. Own transportation is required to enjoy nearby tourist attractions. As this is Turkey and semi-rural area, you will hear prayer calls and some animal sounds, which were a plus for us. Nowadays inflation and greed in Turkey are as high as mountain, so it will be economical to buy fresh vegetables, meat etc from local market and cook food in the apartment.
