Location so close to airport, so rural it helps to disconnect, the rooms are just amazing, perfectly furnished, comfortable and very clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Dinner was accompanied by life music, with fires dotted around the garden.m, very relaxing after a long day of travelling .

The staff very friendly and helpful, the location is super close to the airport, they offered me a shuttle service ( for a very reasonable price) to pick up and drop off at the airport. Bed and mattress absolutely comfortable, spacious room with a mini fridge and a kettle.Batrroom with all the basics and immaculate.Food is homemade and room service available. Breakfast amazing also. Great experience.

The owner, Mr. Ahmet was very friendly. The place was clean, quiet and close to IST. Good restaurants within walking distances. Although I recommend taking uber if you want to dine out. In house meals available upon request.

The price, location (meaning distance from the airport) and owners personal care. I took a bus H-6, payed with my debit card 50 liras ($1,5). After 2 bus stops + 15-20 min walk I was there. You can also get a cub through the owner for 15 euro. The building I believe has 3 floors and a basement level. It feels pretty spacious. For 20 euro - I got the basement room that can fit 3 people. Full kitchen is on the main floor, that is open for use. Shared bathroom is on the second floor. All other rooms are second and third floor. You can buy extra dinner or breakfast for 15 euro. I got dinner and the owner came over and prepared it: soup, main meal, ice tea and water bottle.
