Our first place in Cappadocia was Euphoria Cave House Hotel – a cozy family-run hotel located in the historic area of Nar (near Nevşehir). It’s a very warm and peaceful place where you immediately feel welcome. The hotel is run entirely by a family, and you can sense this from the very first moments. Mustafa was always nearby and ready to help with any question – calmly, without fuss, and with genuine care. The whole family is open, kind, and truly attentive to people. Nothing feels staged – just sincere, human hospitality. Breakfasts are a real pleasure. Everything is fresh, tasty, and home-cooked. You sit down at the table and immediately feel that food here is treated with care and respect, not as a routine obligation. The room was simply excellent. Very cozy, comfortable, and well kept. You can tell that every detail has been thought through – lighting, furniture, textiles, and layout all feel intentional and balanced. The cave walls create a special sense of quiet and privacy, while inside it’s clean, warm, and comfortable. Overall, the hotel has a kind of atmosphere that’s rare in tourist destinations: calm, order, a feeling of coziness, and genuine hospitality. It was an especially pleasant place to begin our journey through Cappadocia.

Great ambiance, and a beautiful hotel. Staff and owner were super friendly and always ready to help with questions or booking trips. Breakfast is good and fresh food is provided each morning . The hotel is a bit further from the main tourist destinations soms rental car is advised as not all activities include pickup from the hotels location.

The Staff was very humble. Specially Sinan and Noorhan. Sinan made sure to take care of all the activities booking and planning. and Noorhan made sure to give the best breakfast I could have in the property. Humble, Polite and very cooperative. Owner Hakan was kind enough to meet and help on small queries.

Best breakfast in Cappadocia ! The room was nicely decorated and confortable, large spaces and clean. The hosts were very attentive. We booked a hot air balloon flight at a very nice price ! Loved it, recommend it.

The people that own or run this place make it a wonder stay! Truely one of the best spots for viewing all of Cappadocia and the Balloons in the am. And a short walk to the castle. Stayed in the Presidential suite and it felt like it was the highest apartment in the entire region. Amazing. Breakfast was good too. Honestly, you can see why it’s rated so high when you meet any of the staff here. Already miss Cinnamon the friendly hotel dog.

If possible I would give this place 11 out of 10! First of all, I feel like I should have paid more as the price I was paying was ridicilously low to the quality of the place. I stayed 7 nights. Pros: - this place is run by an extended family. Lovely people! And you feel so welcomed. - room was comfortable, very stylish, spacious and very clean. - bedding was comfy (I was bed bound for two days, because of being ill, so I truly utilised the bed). - sound proof! - breakfast was over the top in amount and variation. - location was perfect for me as I was driving. I made a right choice not to stay in Goreme with all the other tourists. Nevsehir offered authentic Turkish cuisine for Turkish people with Turkish prices.
