The breakfast was fresh , good quality and served with a friendly smile every day. The staff were kindly and dealt with any request promptly. The weather was very hot, and they always made sure we had enough water to drink. It was great to have the natural mineral water in the bathroom. The room was a good size, comfortable and with a balcony. It’s an excellent location for the thermal baths, shops and restaurants, and just watching the world go by. We ended up extending our stay for an extra 4 nights because we felt comfortable and well-looked after. It is opposite the mosque so that’s a question of whether you like that sort of alarm clock, but we really enjoyed it and got used to it quickly. If you like your hotel cosy and friendly, stay here.

The staff were very friendly and we were offered tea and coffee upon arrival, which was lovely. The room was very comfortable and large. There were some extra fittings which really made the room feel luxurious, such as an extendable mirror in the bathroom and drying rack in the shower. The breakfast was very good too. Overall an excellent stay and I’d highly recommend. The internet was also fast.

I always drove by this hotel and wanted to try it because it looked so nice on the outside. And indeed we had a pleasant stay. Brandnew hotel with modern interior. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa area is clean and smells nicely. There is one mixed spa area women and men and a seperate one only for women with everything in it - heated pool, sauna, massage room, salt room, everything was neat and clean. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. We liked the food as well. We also visited the Yalova Thermal Baths, which is a sensational natural hot spring and is a 10-minute car ride away. We loved it. We will definitely come back every once in a while.

Termal is an amazing small town, located on the mountain and...

Termal is an amazing small town, located on the mountain and has mineral hot-springs. Most hotels provide the hot springs water in the hotel. Quiet town, you don't hear the noise of large crowded cities. If you are looking for a place to relax and breath fresh mountain air, this is it. Several nice restaurants serving delicious food, some of them (Zümrüt Restaurant & Vadi Yalova Restaurant) have an amazing mountain view. Lastly, not to forget the people of this town, very kind and friendly.

Gengiz and İlknur are amazing hosts! We are so thankful for how kind they were to our daughter and to us! Very friendly and helpful when we needed something or had questions. We stayed in one of the apartments in the hotel, and it was spacious and full of light. We needed a couple of things after we arrived, and they were provided without a problem. The pool/outdoor sitting/eating area was great with lots of shade from fruit trees and a little pool (attached to the larger pool) that was perfect for our fifteen-month-old.

Staff are friendly, the director Sami was nice, helpful, understanding, problems solving he did his best to compensated us for the day we lost of our booking I would like to thank him very much. Room's are spacious, clean, comfortable. The hot spring pool was excellent as will as excellent warm outdoor pool, it will be excellent at winter I guess. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is Close to all attraction places at yalova and hot sping at tarmal.

Big, really big apartment and three are two spacious balcony. Nice place to have a meal with family. Good view from the 5th flor to the city, close to main street, supermarkets, bakery and thermal park. All equipment works well. Nothing to complain. The main entrance was locked until 9 am, but the host gave me an extra key from hotel entrance. Really helpful man.

Nice hotel! Very polite and friendly staff. Spacious and very clean rooms. Rich breakfast. Wonderful backyard terrace for enjoying the tea. Own Mineral pool, which was so good to stay at and come back directly to the room for having rest. Tranquil area. Just refill and replenish yourself. Thank you very much for these beautiful days!
