Good location, friendly staff!

This was one of the best hotels I stayed in, super modern, sparkly clean, most comfortable beds I have slept in, clean and relaxing scent for the sheets and towels, unbelievable breakfast, and welcome tea, perfect location for tourists. all in all, could be higher than 10

Clean hotel, clean room, comfortable bed

That was a perfect stay with my family. Told our room was upgraded to a deluxe family room as my parents are 90 and 92. That was a great gesture and it was very much appreciated. We were very happy about everything such as the room, the staff, the swimming pool, sauna, spa, breakfast. We were so impressed with the high-rise infinity swimming pool. The view from the pool is fantastic. We definitely want to stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very large suite which was great traveling with a kid. Parking was free and extremely easy in a garage below the hotel. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to Anping district (less than a mile).

Staffs are very helpful and nice.

World class hotel nice staffs and room

The location is perfect because it sits on the sweet spot that's close to Anping and it's sights, as well as the West Central District that has lots of places to eat. It's free to rent bicycles, as well as get icecream from the breakfast area.

We stayed at this hotel 4 times and we were always very pleased with the service and staffs. The room is very specious and the bed is very comfortable. It is very close to many good restaurants and the location is very quiet but easy access to many destinations.

It is a small Hotel that is close to the Taipei main train station. The hotel is always very clean. I also had a lost and found item which they agreed to deliver to my family member using the 7-11 parcel delivery. The check in and out process on their AI machine works well.

Super clean, stylish (minimalist) well thought hotel in an excellent location in Taichung; nice area with many small streets. You have 4 options for breakfast, of which we can warmly recommend the Asian flavoured one. Super comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. We had windows to the inner yard and hear nothing. There’s a coin laundromat close by.

Comfortable bed. The room is not big but clean and functional. There are free yogurts drink, tea, coffee and delicious cookies in the kitchen area. The staff were very polite and helpful. Over all, it is a good place to stay

I just was to take this opportunity to give a massive thank you to the staff, specifically the amazing Ms Feng, it was my birthday and my wife contacted the hotel, when I came back from a hard days work, there were flowers, champagne and a birthday cake, all arranged by the staff (Ms Feng). It's a nice simple hotel, the staff make it exceptional...I am very happy, thank you!

Nice large rooms with decent bathrooms. Property had parking as advertised. Staff were helpful, close to multiple restaurants and shops. Breakfast included in the price.
