Very clean. Very nice staff. Very comfortable and relaxing Onsen. Amazing breakfast with full of choice.

Good breakfast and supper were provided. Coffee and snacks were also available for tea time. The laundry room was opened for 24 hours. The staffs were polite, friendly and helpful.

Price is reasonable and your kind service is great.

The perfect stay in Tainan, did not want to leave and wish I stayed more than one night. Does not have hostel vibe, dorms quite big lots of space, more boutique hotel character

The location is perfect because it sits on the sweet spot that's close to Anping and it's sights, as well as the West Central District that has lots of places to eat. It's free to rent bicycles, as well as get icecream from the breakfast area.

Big bed, huge TV big room, very clean, wifi is good. The bed is comfortable and has good pillows and duvet, the towels are fluffy, basically everything is comfortable. The location is ideal - very close to Shennong street for evening strolls, and walkable to other sights like the Confucius Temple. Lots of cafes within minutes walking from the hotel. The hotel has a chilled water filter machine, ice machine and microwave for communal use. If you are travelling by HSR, get the the H31 shuttle bus (free), and get off at XiaoXimen - it is then walkable or a short taxi ride.

Great place, location and friendly staff!

It's within walking distance from Tainan station, 24hours laundry shop and surrounded by a lot of restaurants. And hotel rent out bicycles for free which save us a lot of time to walk to nearby markets and tourists spots.

My favourite stay so far in Taiwan! Staff were very kind and the hotel was clean and the decor made the hotel feel more homey! Also went to some of the cafes recommended on their Instagram and they were also exceptional!!

The staff on check in were friendly. The room was a good size and we had a window in the bathroom which was a plus.

The location was absolutely perfect! The Hotel is beautiful and the room was stunning. The staff was highly professional and very cooperative. On my way to the hotel I forgot my ereader. With the best and sweetest help from a member of the staff on the 14th floor of the hotel it was traced and sent to my next location within Taiwan! Very grateful to her! She is such a professional!

At beginning, I felt the hotel style is a little bit old fashioned. Nevertheless, I came to realize later that it is a very comfortable hotel.

Nice and comfortable room with a luxurious bathroom, central location

It is a small Hotel that is close to the Taipei main train station. The hotel is always very clean. I also had a lost and found item which they agreed to deliver to my family member using the 7-11 parcel delivery. The check in and out process on their AI machine works well.

Excellent hotel, staff were very attentive and friendly. Hotel design is bright and stylish mix element of hotel and local culture. Bed were nice and comfortable even our baby like it. Baby items like cot and bathtub were provided.

Breakfast was good. People were nice.
