The location is perfect because it sits on the sweet spot that's close to Anping and it's sights, as well as the West Central District that has lots of places to eat. It's free to rent bicycles, as well as get icecream from the breakfast area.

Stunning hostel/hotel with great facilties and beautiful shared spaces. Rooms feel spacious, comfortable and with great product. Complimentary water available both still and sparkling and the Aesop products give this a sense of luxury.

Very hip and modern hotel with amazing breakfast and great views. Great area of town with everything you need close by. Couldn't be happier.

Amazing playground for little kids on 2 different floors

It's within walking distance from Tainan station, 24hours laundry shop and surrounded by a lot of restaurants. And hotel rent out bicycles for free which save us a lot of time to walk to nearby markets and tourists spots.

The staff was really nice and the service was exceptional! Also the location is great and close to everything.

Hotel are new just operate on 2025. First when reach. Staff very friendly. When we enter the room are so nice and the toilet got place to onsen. Love it so much. Will come back next round. Just few walk to shenong street. Few restaurant and store. We facing electricity system. But they inform the time when everyone out.

Good value for money, esp compared to those in Taipei. Opposite the train station, but a bit of distance to main attractions. It’s about 30-40 walk/drive to those attractions and farmers to the old fortress.

The staff on check in were friendly. The room was a good size and we had a window in the bathroom which was a plus.

The front desk customer service is very helpful and friendly. All of them greet you every time you enter or exit the hotel. They're very caring and helpful, willing to extend the help for some of our issues. They're very hearth-warming. One of the young girl is very resourceful and helpful to suggest us to upgrade room from economical double room to standard double room when I mistakenly booked the economical double. She is very caring and fast arranging the necessary upgrade. The hotel is very clean and properly managed. Worth for your patronage!

Highly recommend this hotel, stayed for 4 nights, the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly and nothing was to much trouble.

It is a small Hotel that is close to the Taipei main train station. The hotel is always very clean. I also had a lost and found item which they agreed to deliver to my family member using the 7-11 parcel delivery. The check in and out process on their AI machine works well.

Spacious, clean, fast check in, staffs are friendly and having USB & USBC charger switch beside the bed. It is also beside Tainan railway train.
