Central position, perfect to visit the city. The hotel is new, well kept and very spacious. Loved the hall, the room was big and cozy too. Amazing breakfast selection, great facilities like sauna and swimming pool. The staff was helpful and kind!

It is a small Hotel that is close to the Taipei main train station. The hotel is always very clean. I also had a lost and found item which they agreed to deliver to my family member using the 7-11 parcel delivery. The check in and out process on their AI machine works well.

Stunning hostel/hotel with great facilties and beautiful shared spaces. Rooms feel spacious, comfortable and with great product. Complimentary water available both still and sparkling and the Aesop products give this a sense of luxury.

My favourite stay so far in Taiwan! Staff were very kind and the hotel was clean and the decor made the hotel feel more homey! Also went to some of the cafes recommended on their Instagram and they were also exceptional!!

Initially I was a bit anxious booking the hotel because of the room photos, but I can clarify now that we have stayed there for over a week: - Bathrooms are separated from the main living space via sliding walls and doors! great for privacy. Initially, I thought they did not have bathroom doors & separation by looking at the picture. I was wrong. - each room has a de-humidifier so that rooms/bathrooms never get steamy after a long shower - Front desk and cleaning staff were exceptional! Everyone was very accommodating, helpful and lovely to interact with. During our stay there was a typhoon, the malls and hospitals were open and we wanted to grab something to eat. The staff directed us to a safer route to the mall next door, by going down to b5 parking lot and heading into the mall entrance through there. It was so fast and easy! - close to Family Mart, about 3-4min walk - close to Mitsukoshi mall, about 5min walk - Pool was larger than expected and the lifeguards were always on their toes - towels and water bottles provided at the pool area - water station to fill up on water on every floor - shuttle bus for tour provided by the hotel, they even have a "party bus" I believe on Friday/Saturday nights. Book in advance for shuttle/party bus.

My room had a balcony with double glass sliding doors which was great , window was facing the east .. great to wake up with the sun rise over the buildings.

Big bed, huge TV big room, very clean, wifi is good. The bed is comfortable and has good pillows and duvet, the towels are fluffy, basically everything is comfortable. The location is ideal - very close to Shennong street for evening strolls, and walkable to other sights like the Confucius Temple. Lots of cafes within minutes walking from the hotel. The hotel has a chilled water filter machine, ice machine and microwave for communal use. If you are travelling by HSR, get the the H31 shuttle bus (free), and get off at XiaoXimen - it is then walkable or a short taxi ride.

Located in the centre of Tainan, very convenient. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Comfortable room. Nothing to complain about :-)

the room is good and clean. Though there are not varieties of meals for the breakfast, the breakfast meals are tasty. The most important is that the price is affordable.

Very hip and modern hotel with amazing breakfast and great views. Great area of town with everything you need close by. Couldn't be happier.

The hotel is in a great location and has truly modern, clean rooms with high-quality furnishings. I would book it again anytime in Tainan, especially if I wanted to stay in the Central West District.

We were completely satisfied. The hotel is a 5 min walk away from the train station, which was perfect. The staff was very kind and helpful. We could store our luggage in a back room before check-in and after check-out. The room was big and comfortable with a window, tv and fridge. The bathroom was big and clean as well. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were very quiet. There were black-out curtains as well, which was a nice bonus.
