Clean and great facilities. This spot in the mountain is a great recharge. Staff were great. Easy walk to either village location. However the one uphill takes a little longer to get to.

The hotel is located a bit further from the ChiaYi CBD, but it offers a peaceful and quiet setting. It features an underground parking lot with EV charging stations. The lobby is elegant and inviting, setting a welcoming tone. The rooms have high ceilings, and the balcony offers scenic mountain views. Everything appears to be newly built or meticulously maintained. The breakfast selection is abundant and tasty. The value for the price is excellent, offering much more than expected. Overall, my family had a wonderful stay.

Clean, comfortable, very nice spa facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Vey happy with our stay. Hey also stored our bicycles inside the hotel (in the foyer).

Fantastic hotel, high standard, very good kitchen serving a very good - though somewhat pricy - dinner. Rooms are very nice and everything of high standard. Very nice outdoor pool.

We loved everything. If I could give it 100 stars I would. Imagine waking up to a beautiful sunrise, and heading out to dig into an amazing spread of food made from their own farm, and once you're full to head aside and have tea with the owner. It's perfect.
