The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly! They answered all my questions. The hotel is located right next to the south national palace museum. The hotel offers many kids friendly activities.

It's very convenient to stay here if you are visiting the National Chung Cheng University. The area around the hotel is full of small restaurants with very good food.The room was very comfortable and quite big, while the breakfast was excellent.

Staff are very helpful and warm hearted. Can watch the sunrise in you room, even on your bed if the weather is good. Located on the road between Chiayi city and Alishan station

Booked 2 rms for my family of 5. Rms were comfy n spacious for our family. Staff were very friendly n dedicated n specially prepared some vegetarian dishes for our family. Highly recommended👍🏻

Near to the railway station. Convenient if you are planning to head for the sunrise. The room provide heat ventilation so its very cozy. Near to 7 eleven as well so no problem on finding food.

The hotel's affordability made it a suitable choice, especially considering the expensive accommodations in Alishan. The comfortable bed ensured a restful stay, and the offer of a morning alarm for the sunrise train was appreciated.

The hotel is located a bit further from the ChiaYi CBD, but it offers a peaceful and quiet setting. It features an underground parking lot with EV charging stations. The lobby is elegant and inviting, setting a welcoming tone. The rooms have high ceilings, and the balcony offers scenic mountain views. Everything appears to be newly built or meticulously maintained. The breakfast selection is abundant and tasty. The value for the price is excellent, offering much more than expected. Overall, my family had a wonderful stay.

Very clean, nice room, comfortable bed

Everything is terrific! It is of good price compared to other hotels. The room has good equipments although it is a little old. There was also a really kind agente, who lent me a charger.

I like the hospitality from the owner. She even make us a guild on how to travel around the Ahlisan with minimum effort and print it out for us after working hour. Strongly recommend stay at here.
