Breakfast was great and could be ordered individually, Samosa was fantastic and also the curries are magnificent. The manager was super helpful and flexible with our stay. The location is excellent to start for hikes and walks to town. And the place is very quiet with beautiful garden to relax.

I travel alone by motorcycle and sometimes it is a bit of a problem for me to find a good place to stay. This time I was very lucky because the Selous facility pleasantly surprised me with its high standard and the extraordinary kindness of the hosts. The host Ukende gave me a warmly welcome and responsive customers services she personally waited me at TAZARA Railway Station. Appartment is located in a secured and quite environment, full equipped with comfortable beds, clean linens, essential amenities and reliable Wi-Fi offering very comfortable, relaxing and restful stay. 2. Ukende was friendly and attentive, after settling she escorted me to fresh produce market, to the supermarket and bakery, this added value to my experience. 3. My experience with Selous appartment shows value for money and I would gladly return in future. I highly recommend staying at Selous for one, two or more nights.

The place is very nice, the room is big and very clean. I felt comfortable, the staff helped me for all my requests, they ordered food for me and it arrived in short time. Breakfast in the morning is very good with a lot of options. The owner of the lodge has been very kind and he helped me planning my departure from train station.

I enjoyed my two nights at Serengeti apartment and felt at home.. the apartment is quite secure and perfect for business travelers with fast Wi-Fi, reliable Ethernet, and comfortable workspace. Host was welcoming responsive and caring and I would highly recommended this place to corporate travelers visiting Mbeya

The climate is Mbeya is excellent cool and you can start...

The climate is Mbeya is excellent cool and you can start hikes to the near mountains. The distance to Kitulo NP is not far and can be reached in less than 2 hours. There are few nice coffee shops there. The food at Mbeya Hotel is great (indian). Mbeya can be reached from Songwe airport and Shuttle minibus for 15,000 TSH.

Mbeya is actually a normal city with lively people and...

Mbeya is actually a normal city with lively people and neighbourhoods. you can get pretty much everything you really want from around you. Its more of a faming community in the tropical areas of Tanzania. The weather is is incredibly nice though cold most of the time with temperatures dropping to as low as 9/10degrees
