United KingdomPerfect place for my visit to the area. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff are great, clean towels and room drinks supplies were easily available. Housekeeping even tidied my things around the sink as I'd rushed out with no time to do it myself, it was nice to walk back in to it like that. Good choice at breakfast and plenty available. The shuttle to Midway was available and arranged for the time I needed. Special thanks to Vicky on the reception desk who was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Just excellent the staff everyone the rooms the dinner.
Just excellent the staff everyone the rooms the dinner. The access to the expressway for travel was really really perfect. Everything was on point. I really enjoyed it now. I’m definitely recommended for my friends and coworkers.

I paid 300.00 for a room w/double beds and both had blood in...
I paid 300.00 for a room w/double beds and both had blood in the sheets and I didn’t know tell I went to lay in the bed at 4:00 am after coming from a night out with friends and the over night front desk lady was kind and tried to fix the problem and morning front desk lady was sooo rude she made me get loud I almost lost it the woman tried to said it was my blood on the sheets when I’m fact the housekeepers didn’t change the sheets from the previous guess and that’s nasty as hell especially during a time like this!!! The worst costumer service ever hands down!!!

The breakfast was basic and it is right by the entrance Door and I believe there were people coming in that were not even staying at the hotel.

They have the hottest water I have ever had in a hotel. Bathtub is large and deep. Great place if you love a hot bath.
