The Calico County restaurant was amazing. Great atmosphere. Wonderful staff. Found it by accident but was so glad we did. The kids really enjoyed Wonderland Park. We had a great time. Excellent vacation spot for a family on a budget.

Staff was very accommodating. The stay was planned but due to a mechanical issue with our vehicle, we had to extend our stay. staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast service was great and offerings were ample.
Marc Bullard at Bullard Auto Repair was GREAT. He treated me very fairly and repaired our vehicle quickly. (Same day service for a water pump replacement)

I chose Amarillo as a weekend ride destination from Colorado on my motorcycle. Although my stay was short it was the break I needed.
Very easy to navigate solo on a motorcycle downtown and surrounding areas.

Amarillo has lots of hidden secrets!
Amarillo has lots of hidden secrets! Of course, the Palo Duro Canyon was spectacular ~ hiking options for all age and fitness levels! The bird area was a neat plus ~ we saw lots of birds enjoying the feast that the park provides. The AMoA (Amarillo Museum of Art on the Amarillo College Campus) was an unexpected find! The nicest people and lots of art!

We traveled from Texas to New Mexico, to Arizona, back to New Mexico and our last stop was in Amarillo before returning home. The Embassy Suites in Amarillo was the absolute best hotel of all our stays. It was awesome.

All my friends told me about The Big Texan Steak Ranch, and we couldn't let it go. We are grateful because we arrived in the city in December 25th, many places closed, but they were opened and everybody was so nice, so friendly. It was realy amazing. The city has good roads and many hotels too. We surely will go back to Amarillo one more time!

Big room with comfortable, large bed. Fridge, iron and ironing board. Indoor pool and 0-24 gym. Reasonably good Wi-fi. Good location close to Amarillo city center and I-40.
