Kelli has been an amazing host of this property that is nice and tucked away from the hectic city life. It's nice to be near the highway where we see locals and only like less than 15 minutes from the Downtown area. There, you get to feed the fish, goats, and chicken. Kelli provided me with farm fresh eggs, delicious to have for breakfast. Outdoor shower is a nice change under the moonlight. This is a small and quiet place to go to if you're looking for a place to take you away from your daily life. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect, close to family who live in Punta Gorda, for a family reunion. The beds were very comfortable. The cottage is much larger than it appears. The screened porch kept mosquitos in check, cute seating out back overlooking the water. Very quiet, dead-end road, no traffic. Decor is adorable. Host, Christina, is very attentive and so nice! She went out of her way for us on the 1st day. She is easy to reach, and takes very good care of her rental home. While we did not cook at all, the kitchen is the perfect size for quick meals. Christina keeps some items in stock for her guests, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and paper towels. We will be back! Thank you for a great, albeit short, stay!

Arcadia is an interesting little town, with a varied community of folks, all of whom we found to be friendly, and some good restaurants, numerous antique stores, and a few attractions nearby. We went canoeing on the Peace River, attended one of the many churches, and bought some homemade bread at the Mennonite grocery. The town is very quiet at night, suited us fine....we watched movies on Netflix. Ate at Mary Margaret's Tearoom several times...it was really good, and we also ate at the Yellow Deli where we were entertained by the staff who played violin and guitar. Visited the ReStore, best thrift store ever! All within walking distance of the Oak Park Inn!
