Place was lovely Staff were great, the lady at reception made great efforts to find us a black tea.. Which may not should much but after you have travelled 23 hrs and ate looking forward to a tea and bed... The tea and the effort meant a lot... Thank you

The lady who check us in was amazing

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and just what we needed for the brief time we stayed. A lot of restaurants within walking distance was a big plus. Being pet friendly was also a plus for us. A shower was very nice, easy walk-in and very hot water. The property has a very nice pool unfortunately it was a little bit too cool to get in.

Everything was perfect, the cleaning was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, We really liked it.

Didn't eat. No phone. Fixed tv. Refrig didn't work. No sink stopper. Bathroom door needs repaired.

Staff was great. Helped in locating my Marriott rewards that I haven't used in years ( and learned account was inactive) positive and friendly attitude.. even acknowledged us going in and out of hotel during the day / night. Also, breakfast lady helped me in working waffle machine.

TownPlace suites by Marriott is my go to hotel whenever I'm traveling. Very impressive. Thank you

The river walk was easily accessible and a great location for great restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Excellent location and a very interesting building. Bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Free onsite parking and a great breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Natasha at reception who looked after us so well at check-in and Rebecca on our day of check-out. And also James, who was busy fixing things . All the staff were excellent and very friendly and polite.

I went to have fun with a good friend We had fun and weren't bothered at all. What more can ya ask for?

We were more than pleasantly surprised with our stay. Greeted by a really cheerful member of staff, tea, coffee etc on tap in the lobby 24/7, a nice touch. We were at the end of a 19 day trip around Florida, so wanted a big room with two beds to rejig our baggage for the flight home (extra shopping!) we were not disappointed. luggage trolleys were useful and not always an option in hotels, we were able to unload quickly. Whilst breakfast was in the reception area it was very good, lots of choices with a hot option, bagels, waffle maker etc as well as cereals, yoghurt. I carried my gym stuff all around Florida but never did get to use it as we were out all the time but the gym looked ample. Laundry facilities were fine too. We have never dined in a Cracker Barrel but after arriving after 8pm, it didn't disappoint to satisfy us and on the same lot too, so fab. A full fridge in the room is always a bonus too to chill the drinks 😀 A big thank you to all the friendly, courteous staff too, every one of them!

The hotel is linked with the IMG sports academy. The pool area is great to while away a few hours and the food on offer was excellent

I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. I think this hotel was fairly new. It was very clean and modern. We had a small kitchenette is our room which looked like it had never been touched. Very impressed and very pleasing to come to after a 10 hour flight from the UK. A little out of town which didn't matter as we had a car. 10 mins to IMG which is where our son is so that was good. Def stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. While it is not a luxury property, it offers excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was organized, and the common areas were kept in great condition. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, this is a great option. We would definitely stay here again
