Couple of things no ice on floors brought it up staff went beyond n got me ice, door dashed some dinner, asked staff for utensils BOOM coming right up! N three very very quiet, lots of families with children but never heard a peep! Will return for another visit!

Amazing team! I'm not quite sure what kind of training employees receive but Jerry Front Desk Agent is the prime example how check in should look like after 6h ride and small problems with cc authorization- great attitude, smiling and helpful at every single step! Two thumbs up! And amazing team at the breakfast as well. Fully taken care of with great variety of food (fresh and prepared). Really good experience all the way!

Incredible customer service - from valet parking attendants, to front desk, to servers at breakfast - all staff so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was large, beautifully appointed and had all the amenities you could want. The whole place has a feel of luxury and indulgence - just what you want for a holiday break! We requested a late check-out and the hotel was more than happy to accommodate this at a very reasonable rate. 24 hour in-and-out valet parking was so convenient too.

The room was very comfortable and updated only the bathroom and the mirrors that were dirty.

I like everything, spacious room, large comfy beds, bathroom freshly renovated, food was great particularly breakfast. There is laundry facility where we washed our clothes during our stay. Staff were extremely friendly. The swimming pool was accessible most of the time and towers were always available. It is close to Hollywood and the Universal Studios.
