the private location quietly and safe

Parking is limited. The breakfast had some good options. The room was very well equipped and very comfortable

Was clean, beds comfortable and pool was nice

I liked the size of the room, the amenities and the privacy of the room that I selected for my stay. I also enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to other businesses like Target and Walmart.

Amazing and lovely staff! Hotel itself was clean and in an amazing location, with free shuttles to and from Warner brothers studios and universal studios! Will definitely recommend and be coming back!

The room was very comfortable and updated only the bathroom and the mirrors that were dirty.

The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were wonderful.

Clean and the food was really good. Great outdoor place.

The staff are all super friendly and helpful.

Location is great. Near shopping and dining places.

Really lovely hotel. Super comfortable beds, great pool area with plenty of beds and chairs. Food was always great. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Shuttle to and from Universal was very prompt and handy. Walking distance to some shops, Starbucks and a Walgreens and plenty of restaurants. We really enjoyed The Front Yard restaurant and bar. Would stay again!

Excellent for the most part. It's exactly what you'd expect a Sheraton hotel to be. Rooms were spacious, clean, modern and as we were on the 15th floor we had great views. The housekeeping staff were absolutely lovely and the front desk exceptionally helpful. They even managed an early check-in for us. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to and from the Universal studios. The food in the cafe at the lobby was delicious albeit limited.

Close to Universal Studios Nice area

Everything was just perfect for us. We will definitely stay there again if we plan to visit Los Angeles area. Thank you so much for making our memories memorable.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast area! We enjoyed our stay so much!

It was so nice loved that we could do our own laundry. Nice and clean room was nice and big. Loved that I could upgrade.

Incredible customer service - from valet parking attendants, to front desk, to servers at breakfast - all staff so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was large, beautifully appointed and had all the amenities you could want. The whole place has a feel of luxury and indulgence - just what you want for a holiday break! We requested a late check-out and the hotel was more than happy to accommodate this at a very reasonable rate. 24 hour in-and-out valet parking was so convenient too.

The bed was very comfy and they have free parking

I like everything, spacious room, large comfy beds, bathroom freshly renovated, food was great particularly breakfast. There is laundry facility where we washed our clothes during our stay. Staff were extremely friendly. The swimming pool was accessible most of the time and towers were always available. It is close to Hollywood and the Universal Studios.

The room was spacious and super clean. It looked like it was nearly new. Stuff both at the front desk and cleaning were super friendly.
