Very good and comfortable room! Big and useful

The room was large and clean. Able to open up our luggages to pack stuff.

The breakfast was good, The location was perfect and very close to the airport. There's also a shuttle bus on property that operates from 4am to 11pm. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It's a nice quiet spot. There's a 24/7 tea and coffee station and also some restaurants outside the hotel.

I really liked staying at the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bedroom I stayed was large and big. And also quiet.

Everything about this hotel was perfect and the staff were so helpful and friendly, would recommend it to anyone looking for nice central place to stay in Columbus

Didnt realise it was a motel when we booked, so we were a little concerned upon arrival as we’ve never stayed at a motel. But tbh it was great, it was incredibly quiet and the room had everything we would have needed even if we had stayed longer. Impressed.

Location was perfect and all the staffs were good

Able to check in late, like 1 am after a long drive from St Louis. And the staff was friendly. Plus they extended check out an hour later at my request since I arrived so late.

Food was overall fair. The menu was limited, and the breakfast buffet was not available. Wine choice at bar was limited. ALL of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice clean hotel in an excellent location downtown close to Nationwide Arena. Every single hotel staff member that we came across was extremely friendly.

Very friendly and kind staff, clean room, nice swimming pool, good breakfast... No complaint at all. Worth staying and paying. And very convenient.

The location was perfect, the rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable.

It was close to the arena so we could walk. There was a food court just next door that was great too.

Very clean and very comfortable

I absolutely loved how friendly the staff was and the atmosphere of the entire property. We were in for our anniversary and we came back from our planned event to a bottle of wine in the room, a very nice hand written thank you card, some buckeye popcorn from the lobby and cards for breakfast the best morning. Drinks at the bar and Starbucks drinks. Rose petals were laid on the bed also. My husband and I never splurge on ourselves and this was such an incredible treat.

Great, spacious, comfortable room. Housekeeping and cleanliness was outstanding. Completely updated. The restaurant is a loser for breakfast- awful. At 9:00 am they ran out of orange juice. French toast served ice cold, I left it and ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay. It’s unfortunate because would have been convenient. You’re hard pressed to find any restaurant close by.

Excellent room. Very quiet and dark, which made for great sleep after international travel. Great location relative to the convention centre.
