The breakfast was good, The location was perfect and very close to the airport. There's also a shuttle bus on property that operates from 4am to 11pm. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It's a nice quiet spot. There's a 24/7 tea and coffee station and also some restaurants outside the hotel.

The room was large and clean. Able to open up our luggages to pack stuff.

Love the place. It’s just super clean and perfect location.

Pool was great. Breakfast was easy and delicious. The facility was clean and smelled clean on every floor.

Able to check in late, like 1 am after a long drive from St Louis. And the staff was friendly. Plus they extended check out an hour later at my request since I arrived so late.

Very nice clean hotel in an excellent location downtown close to Nationwide Arena. Every single hotel staff member that we came across was extremely friendly.

Great, spacious, comfortable room. Housekeeping and cleanliness was outstanding. Completely updated. The restaurant is a loser for breakfast- awful. At 9:00 am they ran out of orange juice. French toast served ice cold, I left it and ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay. It’s unfortunate because would have been convenient. You’re hard pressed to find any restaurant close by.

The location and service was excellent. As a European, the bland and tasteless American drip coffee is not what I look forward to. The coffee in the coffee shop and the overall vibe of the place is great - would definitely recommend.
