The staff were very polite. The room location was close to the lift and the ice machine.. The room was lovely and clean and spacious. The bed was comfy, and we had all that we required.

Everything from Check in to Check out was easy and service was welcoming Room comfort and comfort and cleanliness was great. Breakfast included in the rate was warm, fresh, and fulfilling. What made a real Difference: I prefer black tea. There were plenty of high-quality herbal and other teas avaliable. I politely suggested to Dawn , the duty manager if they could consider adding black tea to available choices. She listened with empathy and Lo and Behold at the last Breakfast of our stay, ample quantity of black tea was available. This is called empathy , this is called true customer care. This is our go to hotel when we are traveling with our pets. Our son lives nearby so when we visit, we stay here. In fact, when he got married, the wedding guests all stayed here. There is a very convenient walking trail around Unicorn Lake and lots of options for dining. The staff is very friendly and accomodating.

The pool was small but clean. The desk people we spoke with were very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and smelled clean. The beds weren't terrible.
