This is my absolute hotel in the area!!! From the moment of entering, being greeted by the Front Desk Staff, and throughout my stays, everyone is absolutely wonderful; very helpful, happy to assist with any detail, and doing all with enthusiasm. There is no other hotel in my opinion, that even comes close.

Honestly, I was very pleased with my overall stay. I would have to say this was one of my best stays, if not the best based on location, and overall facilities. The shower was really, really nice - team state of the art. Whole it was an overhead shower, as most of them are, it was a rain shower which also had a mini hand held shower. I missed that with the standard overhead showers as I usually want to wash down the walls of the showers but can't do so. So I loved that I had the ability to do so. There were some areas that weren't clean (I do prefer things to be very clean), like around the top of the shower, conditioner and shampoo bottles and around the sink, but most people don't go as deep cleaning as I do (especially hotels). Overall it was much cleaner than what I tend to see, espevowly around the shower and sink drain which can look really dirty. The location was also so convenient, with a lot of things being accessible. Whole I didn't get a chance to really explore it, I enjoyed the view. There was a river that I could see when looking oh out from my balcony (which was also another nice touch), and if I had been staying for longer I would definitely have walked by. It was a scenic, laid back area. And to be quite honest, 9arr of why I decided to join their points/rewards program - first that I've joined. Lastly, the room was perfect. It had a sofa bed, which I didn't use and the large king bed (with a TV both in the living room and bedroom). Honestly, I see why it has such high ratings. And, the fact that I was able to get such a rook for a much cheaper price (almost last minute) was the icing in the cake.
