The hotel was clean and comfortable.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. We visited in December and the hotel was decorated beautifully! Everyone was helpful and kind except for a woman at the desk. She wasn’t rude just didn’t seem to want to be there. Hopefully it was just an off day for her.
The breakfast was good with a huge variety! The kitchen woman was very happy, helpful and social. A pleasure to meet her! Our room was warm, clean and comfortable. The bathroom nightlight was not working but luckily I carry one in my bag. I reported it at checkout and was told she would have it fixed. I loved the message on the back of the bathroom door!! It made me smile and was quite unique. We had a wonderful stay at the Coventry hotel and will visit again soon. My daughter and friends live close by and will be very convenient! Thank you all!!

Did not partake of breakfast, although the food did look delicious! The young lady ( Kayla?) who checked us in was exceptional, and deserves a HUGE raise. She is one of the nicest people I have ever had occasion to interact with at ANY hotel! There was a brutal snowstorm the night we checked in, and the hotel was full. I asked her where I should park in
relation to my room, and she actually went outside in the storm and moved her car from a prime parking spot
so I could park there!

This is an outstanding central Rhode Island location - a good spot if you are hitting all parts of the state. The hotel is clean, has great water pressure, quiet and the room was well laid out, allowing for space to roam. Overall it was a better stay than I'd expected to have. Housekeeping did a great job freshening up the room. Good breakfast too. Our experience was better here than at a more expensive and more hihgly rated Hyatt where we'd stayed the night before.

The bed , pool but could have been bit warmer water but felt great even though and love the coffee station for breakfast real creamer not fake powder all the Hotel was beautiful in side and surrounded area
