My compliments to Safi (hopefully I have that right) at the front desk. He was managing 2 or 3 people at the same time when I was registering and did it very professionally and always with a smile. I found the room to be very comfortable with a comfy bed, large desk, oversize mini fridge, microwave, lots of counter space for toiletries- great for a 3 day stay. There was some construction next door but the room was very nice & quiet nonetheless. The fire alarm went off on the 2nd day - guests, please don't smoke in your room!! The staff took immediate action for the safety of their guests. Well Done!

This budget hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

It was such a lovely stay! Espeacilly Jack, at the Bar, made our stay even better! Would recommend this hotel to everyone, from check in to Checkout WONDERFUL! Even the firealarm was handled well! Thanks a lot!

Great location close to the freeway. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing. The staff was very kind.

Both day and night staff were very helpful and accommodating, so much so that I spent an extra night there before continuing my travels

Loved the location, the renovation (we haven't stayed at the hotel for probably 5+ yrs), how thr pool is 24 hours for adults, breakfast, how the rooms are clean

It was our first time staying at Residence Inn, and I was immediately impressed with the front desk staff, especially Summer, who allowed us to check in early. After a long drive from Canada, it was so nice to settle in before attending my cousin’s birthday, which was only a 5-minute drive away. The hotel is very close to Alderwood Mall, Costco, and other convenient places. Parking has a fee, but the price is reasonable. We liked our room and our family of five adults felt very comfortable. We loved our stay, enjoyed the good breakfast, and we look forward to staying here again when we return to Lynnwood.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Always ready to help and providing service with a smile.. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a big supermarket within walking distance.
