The property is amazing, inside everything is available from shampoo, shower gel to proper tea and coffee. The television is huge with all streaming services available, a massive bed which is so comfy! Jason the host is a great guy , though I only met him once face to face , since we have become telephone friends ! Really good person and really cares for his guests ! Thank you Jason !

The house was charming and comfortable. It had everything we needed during our stay, especially the washer and dryer, which were very helpful. It was great to be able to have a BBQ. It's a shame that we could only stay for 2 nights. The location was convenient, and we were able to go to one of our favorite spots, Encinitas downtown. We all had a great stay! Thank you so much!!

Encinitas still has the charm of a small beach town.

Encinitas still has the charm of a small beach town. Fun to watch the surfers. There is are antique shops & fresh produce markets. One can even go meditate at the Self-Realization Fellowship Centre in their glorious gardens. We had excellent pizza within walking distance of the Leucadia Beach Inn. What a fantastic place to stay!

Didn't get chance to explore Encinitas as much as other areas along the coast. Driving through it didn't appear as attractive as Oceanside or Carlsbad. Blogs to follow on towns in future. They stay at Cardiff-by-the-sea was superb. We ate at Pacific Coast Grill which was excellent, you may need to book in advance as seemed popular. We managed to get a table at the bar walking in.

I spent 4 days at Encinitas with my kids. It is a lovely beach town and we could have spent many more days discovering the various beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed walking around Encinitas. On our next trip we will even try the train which takes you to Solana beach in just 6 minutes.

Small southern California beach town without all the touristy extras. Lots of traffic on narrow streets with one main highway (Interstate 5) and one commuter train running through the town. Folks are friendly. Businesses are small. Great shallow, sandy beaches. Visit Ki's on the beach for fabulous food at great prices with a view of the sand and water. Very, very casual. The town has a great library facility and senior center.

Our third family trip to Encinitas, a charming beach town, was a delightful experience. Its quiet and walkable streets made it an ideal destination for a family vacation. We cycled along Neptun Avenue and relaxed on the beach near the Stone Steps. The town boasts a variety of great restaurants and coffee shops. We highly recommend Atelier-Mannana and Leu Leu, but be sure to book in advance! Herb and Sea is another must-try.

I love everything about Encinitas.

I love everything about Encinitas. It is one of the spots where you can go and feel like a local even if your not. I have stayed at the 12 Senses Retreat which was super cool with their nature themed rooms and the amazing hostess. And it is just up the road from Swammi's Beach and the Self Relization Center, which is gorgeous. I have stayed at Brisas Pacific Hotel which was super affordable and a few minutes walk to the beach. You can pretty much walk everywhere in Encinitas. I plan to move there myself soon :)

It is an amazing B&B run by Liz and Carol. It feels like staying at a friend’s house ! It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Leucadia, Encinitas. Breakfast was always delicious and very healthy which we liked a lot. We stayed in the lovely Nantucket suite for 4 nights. It also had a patio with high table and chairs, where we usually sat to enjoy the SoCal morning sunshine and to discuss our plans for the day.

Lovely hotel in Encinitas, very comfortable stay! Staff were very friendly and helped us with any questions we had. Huge room and bed with microwave, fridge, coffee machine and TV! A 15 minute walk to downtown Encinitas or a 4 minute drive. Lovely walk to the beach also!

Location is good, close to the main street and shopping area. Good price. However is very basic and a bit run down. I wasn't expecting anything fancy due to the price but the hotel could do with a bit of mantainence.
