Late checkout. safe location for solo travellers. Friendly staff

Plenty of space for parking, the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable! All amenities were in working order, A/C was strong when needed and bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was just a short drive away and it was very quiet although the highway is close by. The room was big, clean and the staff was very friendly.

Short walk to a very nice beach. Really friendly staff. It was great value for money with a reasonable breakfast included. A great stop on our journey through California.

Clean excellent facility, fantastic staff

I travel very often due to my job and have had many positive and negative experiences. But this place I stayed was definitely the best overall. I checked in on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at around 5 pm, and even by mistake I had booked a facility with the same name (or very similar) but I think it was in New Mexico, but since the confirmation code did not arrive at the hotel reception, I realized this mistake after the reception lady warned me and we called booking.com customer service to cancel the reservation and made a new reservation and completed my reservation at the right place. First of all, I would like to thank booking.com customer service for canceling my wrong reservation and also refunding my fee, and for agreeing to refund my full fee for the similarly named facility in the other city. I would also like to thank the female receptionists on duty that evening for their help. Also, although breakfast starts at 6:30 in the morning and I had to leave the hotel before 6, the gentleman on duty at the reception served me coffee, which made me very happy. I definitely recommend this facility to everyone. Finally, I have no problem repeating that, in my hundreds of experiences, this facility was definitely the best in general. Thank you to everyone.

Beautiful King Room, incredible bathroom and spacious inside with a sweet private patio where we had dinner.

We stayed here for one night then came back a week later to stay for 14 days. Loved the hotel, staff fabulous and friendly. Always happy to help. Rooms were so clean and beds were amazing. Housekeeping was every other day which was good for us. Area was quiet but we had a car so it was ok. Laundry room was so handy to use.

It was a very comfortable hotel. Very pleasant staff and in a great location.

Close to Legoland, easy parking, good facilities

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. A view of the park and a limited view of the ocean. Breakfast was over the top.

The hotel is stunning, boasting impressive and tasteful decor. Every staff member wears a welcoming smile, and I was pleasantly surprised when the doorman remembered my name. I left a lasting impression when I quickly went out to buy a leash for my dog, showcasing their attentive service. The restaurant offers exquisite and delicious food, especially the wood-smoked grilled steak! The inclusive breakfast is rich, and the omelette is exceptionally tasty. I find it perplexing that some people describe the breakfast as average – what more could you ask for?

Facilities suited us perfectly. Really enjoyed the pool and bbq access from our suite. Nice communal feel. Room was spacious and well equipped. Laundry was very useful. Staff were generally very helpful and courteous. Walked to Del Mar racecourse - what a treat.

This is our second time coming to visit from Ireland and we absolutely love this hotel and the location. We love the pool, the self service for breakfast, coffee and teas in the foyer and the service is outstanding and the whole place is spotless. The staff are exceptional. Each one is polite, helpful, pleasant, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
