morning service and staff were great. The grounds of the property were clean felt safe to park my own vehicle there. I had vehicle problems the morning I was checking out and everybody was so helpful to let my car stay there for a couple hours even after I checked out to me that meant the world. The coffee was super hot but it was there love the oatmeal would love to stay there again for non-business reasons I would gladly take you up on a stay any day thank you so much

Front staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, even received a small gift for staying and becoming a member, which was unexpected. Being across the street from the event I was attending made for an easy trip

Big fabulous windows in our high room gave us brilliant views of Tacoma and The Mountain by day and after dark.

Tons of food and drink options; Fantastic decor. Good staff; great music by Jerry's Middle Finger!

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. In particular, a housekeeping staff member named Maria was especially kind; she stopped what she was doing to assist me with my inquiry. Also, it was nice that there was a small shop next to the front desk where you could buy snacks and drinks.

Every thing about this hotel was great

The check in was easy, Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Breakfast had a lot of options. We were just a 10minute walk from the Washington State Fair.
