The room was clean and comfortable. The check in process was efficient. The location being off I 95 met our needs. There are options for eating close by. Free continental breakfast was provided at the motel. My expectations were exceeded. I would definitely stay at this motel again.

It was just an overnight stop off 95. I booked with confirmation a room with King bed. We arrived within about 2 hours of book8ng and was given 2 queen beds. Very disappointed.room looked neat but the floors were filthy.

Dirty floors stopped up toilet no on duty maintenance froze 2 nights thermostat not working. The day crew after 2days of suffering saved the day. So refused to additional wash cloths exchange one for one only for 2 days.

Florence could look prettier. The I-95 route/highway northbound was totally littered in the left outside lane with 100's yes 100's of rubber tire pieces. Made the whole area look grubby!! Florence, clean these up at the very least!!

The hotel was a perfect location to the main highway.
The hotel was a perfect location to the main highway. We were not there to visit the town. But in driving through, it was a very nice place. The restaurant that we went to was off the hotel property and down the road. The food was excellent. The people were nice.

The gentleman at the front desk was great, so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and the parking lot brightly lit, which made us feel comfortable as our car was loaded with our cross country move. We're looking forward to the included breakfast before heading out for another 500 miles. It was perfect for our needs, even our daughter said it was a great hotel!

The location was perfect for us because we were there for a gymnastics meet which happened to be at the Florence Center. The Florence Center is literally across the street from the hotel. The facilities and amenities were well maintained. The added game room with Xbox and Playstation consoles set up was an awesome bonus for the teenagers.

New hotel - so very modern. Adequate for our stop off stay. I felt bathroom in the room could have been a little cleaner but it wasn’t bad - I’m picky! Front staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was reasonable a little limited only gripe was young man serving should wear his mask over his nose also not just his mouth.. :)
