Clean, quiet and comfy bed. Staff were great and super accommodating as we arrived early and they allowed us to check in as soon as they had a room available which was more than an hour early. Bathroom was neat and clean as well. Hotel is on a busy street and noise was not bad at all.

The location is great. Plenty of shops and restaurants in Downtown Newark in less than minutes by foot. Manhattan is also easy to reach taking a direct train from Newark Penn Station, which is a 10-minute walk. The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and bed was comfortable. I enjoyed having Directv as well and the complimentary shuttle to Newark Liberty Airport.

the person at the front desk gave me a room closer to the entrance because I had alot of luggage. That was really nice The staff was great just like the reviews say. It was clean and the breakfast was good and fresh. The staff was friendly and very helpful in any way they could. I would stay there again. The train is a 10 minute walk from Hotel and it goes into Manhattan that was great. It was around $6.00 for the both of us.

The staff was kind and very accommodating.

The staff was kind and very accommodating. The room was clean and ready for an early check in even though the hotel was sold out that weekend. I had a suite with a kitchen, it was clean and well equipped! They even gave me a free umbrella when it started raining and I was walking to an event. I would highly recommend

It was located next to the train station which made it so easy to go into NYC. Everything was clean and being able to park at the hotel and even leave my vehicle there after check out for awhile so I could go into the city was wonderful. A member of the staff literally walked me to the train station and helped me understand how to use it and where to go; I had never been to the city/Newark before.

The area is nice, communication was good, and travel was easy. Every trip to/from WTC is 2,75 from there on you can use a metro card. Harrison is not NY. With walking and transport you need an hour to get to WTC. The apartment is cosy and good to relax after a long day's sightseeing. Minor things can be improved but the hosts appreciate suggestions and we're always there online
