The property itself is excellent. All the facilities are well thought out and everything I needed was provided and located in a logical place. The use of space was fantastic to make a very small space feel open and inviting. The location is superb, with a perfect sunset view from the sun lounge, and stunning stargazing being the reason I chose this property for my stay. I must also say I enjoyed the most relaxing morning I've ever had, with a Hawaiian coffee and the company of some charming geckos. The local bird life was also on form, with many exotic songbirds in the trees immediately surrounding the cottage.

This property deserves better than the 8.x rating it currently has. Wonderfully located in a tropical garden, with plants, animals and fruit trees, it is truly relaxing. You will hear nothing else than animal sounds during the night (of course, mainly the ubiquitous coqui frogs who are everywhere on the island). The service is great - Silvia makes sure the guests have everything they need.

The bed is super comfortable, blankets, bedding and all the interior mobiliar are modern and look super nice! Fridge and and terrace mobiliar are also nice and offer a lot of space and a view Bathroom: The bathroom includes everything you want to be included: everything is super clean, the sink is big and modern, shower gel and shampoo is provided. communication: Indar was super proactive and provided all details in advance! Fantastic location, could not fault it. Right across from Magic Sands Beach and the Kona shuttle which is a 10 min free trip into Kona. Beds were super comfy and 2 bathrooms and washing facilities made were great. Kitchen was stocked with amenities well and plenty of beach equipment for a day at the beach. Came with a car park that was super handy. Right on Alli’i Dr but couldn’t hear any noise from the road. Also had a massage chair! Sunsets are perfect as well.
