Everything. Nice quiet hotel in a nice area of Melbourne beach. Exceptionally clean, you had air conditioning and fan. The pool was great for the kids. They had umbrellas, chairs and sand toys for the beach. Stephanie and Amy were very nice and helpful at the reception. Area is much more high value for money compared to Miami. The amazing bonus was that it is turtle eggs laying season so we could see the turtles coming from the sea in the evening and in the morning at sunset you could see the baby turtles hatching. Amazing experience when you go with kids however not guaranteed by the hotel but by nature. Don't forget to buy the red lights to see the turtles and not scare them. Very quiet and peaceful. We fell in love with this place. In the area you have the local dining which is much more friendly then Orlando and Miami.

Indialantic is a small community directly on the Atlantic/space coast. About a 20 minute drive south of Cocoa Beach. Indialantic is quieter than Cocoa Beach, not so touristy, locals frequent the beach and the restaurants there. The restaurants are not as viable or plentiful from A1A as an other areas, I would suggest googling any restaurants before you make your plans, where you would like to go. There is a Publix nearby where you can get groceries and goods.The beach water is even a little bit more blue than it is in Cocoa Beach, however Indialantic beaches can be a little more active with riptides and waves. The town itself has quaint little shops and an artistic vibe to it. Again, Google the places you would like to see and go to before the trip. If you're looking for a little more natural Florida, pretty beaches and away from the tourist spots, Indialantic may be a perfect fit because it's still close enough to NASA and the space center as well as Ron Jon's and the cruise terminal to be enjoyable, yet private. If you're planning a cruise and staying further south in Indialantic plan on at least a 30-minute drive to the cruise port because of the traffic. Indialantic is a small town community feel with quaint shops and pretty beaches.

We stayed over Thanksgiving and we enjoyed a night sat on the beach enjoying the sound of the waves and the stars overhead. On our second night we had a pleasant meal in the Tikki bar buffeted by the wind enjoying the ambience

The Bleu Resort was very clean.

The Bleu Resort was very clean. The included, but simple, breakfast had fresh fruit, yogurt and boiled eggs, which were my favorites. Fresh beach towels were provided and could be traded in daily at the office. Staff made this place bordering excellent, always pleasant and attentive. Six chairs at the beach were available in a fixed area just at the edge of the dunes. They are comfortable but bring a beach blanket to sit on the sand. This resort is small but worth the trip. Our king room was small but the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this stay for adults only as the noise from the bar/delicious restaurant is loud (as are the pedestrians and cart noise outside your door at night). Access to the beach is only through the restaurant and bar. However, at the front if the property, there is a park @ 100 ft away. Coffee house, grocery and ABC stores are all within 2 blocks with a lighted crosswalk in front of the park. The Melbourne Zoo is worth the trip, kayak through portions and the Kennedy Space Ctr is @35 mi North. We were able to see a shuttle launch at night on the beach!
