United StatesThe room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked properly. The room even had hot water, something I've had issues with at other hotels. The staff was helpful and friendly. We, and probably everyone else, were there to see the 2024 eclipse and the staff was offering eclipse glasses to everyone. The breakfast was good and saved us a trip to find something. I doubt I'll be back in the area but if I am I will certainly look at staying here.

It was very informational went to the grotto very pretty went in the mill the man.was very nice went to the museum the sfaff was very friendly lots of information on the history of jasper tha mans great grand father helped build the church went to go inside the church very pretty all the marble and art work that was involved also went to the german restarunt very good my wife had the goulash

This is a great little area of our country steeped in German...
This is a great little area of our country steeped in German heritage. Plenty to see within a short drive. The residents are very friendly and show a lot of pride in their community by keeping the roadsides clean and everything looks tidy. We will look forward to returning to this area again!

I love Jasper in general and their reclining chairs that...
I love Jasper in general and their reclining chairs that light up at the cinema and popcorn and extra butter and flavors you can put on, riverwalk has been upgraded and can’t wait to go there more, skate palace is great but we will be back to spend more time. People are friendly and it’s a safe, beautiful area to visit.

Liked location. I stay at Best Westerns when available and Jasper property is equivalent to very low budget hotel. Staff not friendly in addition to not treating guests well. Room heater not working and when asked to have different room manager told us she could only bring us a space heater! Breakfast consisted of juices, coffee , cereal and were out of main hot items. Breakfast are was not stocked and not clean. This hotel is in desperate need of repairs!

Loved it when I had the chance of getting to see it in...
Loved it when I had the chance of getting to see it in person but it didn't really make sense for us at the moment to be a part time student in our community who has been a good teacher and has been very helpful in this regard

we were not able to get this room as it wasn't cleaned and...
we were not able to get this room as it wasn't cleaned and the front desk clerk cancelled our reservation for the whole stay as there weren't anyone available to clean our room at 7:00 EST (6:00 CST). We would have loved to have this room too, as it was difficult to find another hotel with a vacany. Trying to get our credit card charge back is difficult too from booking.com

It was conveniently located, very clean, and had friendly staff. The included breakfast had a very good selection of hot and cold items. Parking was plentiful, had good lighting and was near the entrances.

Hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful. Rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Great staff and really great breakfast too. Pool was very nice as well.
