Breakfast was also amazing.
Unfortunately we didn't have the time to check the pool was it looked appealing.
We sat at the bonfire and it was delightful.
I hardly recommend to stay at least 2 nights in this wonderful hotel.

We have been going to Lake George for 30+ years, and for the last 6 years, we have been going up in Fall for the "leaf peeping" and our anniversary dinner cruise on the Lac du St. Sacrement. The food was fantastic and the entertainment (1-man show) was excellent. Lots of choices for food, shops and just plain relaxing. You can sit in an Adirondack chair by the waterfront and watch the sunrise or sunset, watch for loons or bald eagles or just relax. Lots of hiking available as well. Prospect mtn is also very nice, you can get a birds-eye view of the town of Lake George. Fort Ticonderoga is also a great place to drive to as well as Ausable Chasm and Lake Placid. I could go on and on...There is so much to see and do in this area of the Adirondacks.

Lake George is a great getaway for both couples and families! There’s lots to do from the amusement park & music festivals to trails and historic sites to visit! It is NYs hidden gem! Great to visit all year long as well even though I’ve mostly gone in the Summer with my kids. This year my September trip was just as lovely! You’ll never be disappointed with the lake!

Lake George is a beautiful, clean lake with an amazing location in the Aidarondak mountains. The scenery is breathtaking, especially from atop nearby Prospect mountain which was a quick scenic drive and short hike to the top. The lake cruises with multiple options including the Mini Ha Ha Steamboat and Saint Sacrement flag ship (the two lake cruisers we sailed on during our stay) offer wonderful relaxing cruise options across the lake that provide a relaxing and beautiful sight seeing and an enjoyable boat ride for anyone who loves the water. And the Village of Lake George offers pleanty of nice little boutiques, gift shops, really good restaurants (many with great views) and other activities which we were pleasantly surprised by how much there was to do. We will definitely be return visitors and I already can't wait to go back!

Lake George has always been one of our favorite place to visit. One of our favorite spots in Lake George is the park and we love the new stage that was rebuilt after the fire. Another great way to spend part of the day is taking a cruise. We ate at the resort, at The Breakfast Spot and The Barnsider Smoke and BBQ and of course every visit includes the famous Martha's ice cream and food. Getting around Lake George is a very easy process either by car or by foot and another thing is that those involved in keeping the streets and sidewalks clean do an a amazing job as well

Liked the numerous choices for places to eat,( Both local vendors and noted restaurant chains.) Many bargain outlets for sporting goods, clothing, shoes, etc. Lake George Steamship Co. located on the lake offer a few different cruise options ranging from 1hr. short trips to Lunch/Dinner cruises with live entertainment lasting 2hrs or longer. There are many different options for accommodations in Lake George ranging from economical to luxury depending on whether a simple hotel room suffices you, or fancy lake front properties with all the amenities are to your liking.

We love the area, so many things to do in and around lake George and beautiful scenery.loved walking through the town with all the shops, the cruise ships, and the new pavilion. They gave fireworks every week.we especially liked the pizza place Capri , had the best veggie pizza! We also visited Gore mountain, natural bridge and caves, Ticonderoga,Saratoga battlefield.this was our fifth trip, we’ve been able to get to all of these and still will be going back.

This place is beautiful and a great place for families. On the lake, with a sand beach, dock, marina, firepits, new playground, arcade, very large "motel resort" that punches far above it weight. Will definitely come back again.
