United KingdomExcellent stay at hotel June - the bungalow rooms were exactly as described with all the small details, bed linen was super comfy & the bungalow felt like a little haven; the yoga mat & access to a mediation/mindfulness app was excellent, what a great collaboration!
The pool was nice to chill by, complimentary morning coffee & cold water was a nice touch.
Nick & the team were hugely accomdating & offer the warmest welcome to the property, I hugely look forward to returning again!

AustraliaThe cottage was cute with a beach vibe decor and very peaceful and serene, the perfect place to rest and recuperate after travelling internationally for a month. The deck is great at night with the fairy lights on.
The lady managing the property was lovely. As I was not driving she took me on a local tour of the area to show me Zuma beach and the hiking trails.

I liked Californian weather, mountains, blooming trees and flowers.
I disliked misleading reality: in the picture on the property’s website the ocean looked much closer than it was in fact. I was dreading from the greedy ants that ruined my vacation, unresponsive management that didn’t care about my needs. Only Bess, who worked there,helped me with shopping. The shop is very far from the property if you don’t drive. There is a bus #134 that runs every hour or so. Many times; I called to the office, but nobody answered a phone. I asked Bess for a cleaner, but they never sent one, or the cleaner never appeared at the door.
Finally,Californian roaches came to visit me,but they didn’t bite at least.
I feel frustrated and request full refund for my ruined vacation

The State Parks were beautiful.
The State Parks were beautiful. Topanga Canyon Road was closed and could not see this area.
Traffic was horrendous at time; in addition to the busy traffic, there were working on several segments of the road, and had very long one-lane car lines…

We had a terrific stay at the Surfrider!
We had a terrific stay at the Surfrider! We loved everything about it. Staff was awesome. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Very beachy vibes, which we loved! The rooftop deck has great drinks and the food is off the charts. We will definitely be returning soon!

The location was amazing, beach frontage and access to a private beach. The room was out of this world for comfort and the view of the pier and Pacific was lovely to wake up to every morning.
the staff were all excellent and the food and restaurant were both fantastic.

AMAZING! - On the beach, on the beach! - Like a film, loved it, best part of my trip, room was open plan, clean, large, with the best view EVER, beach was clean and the waves, wow! Wish I'd stayed an extra night!
