It was very modern, comfortable and great amenities. The bed was comfortable. Instructions for self check in was clear and simple. Very technologic and had a manual to see how to use all the electrical devices. Even the curtains were powered. There were some snacks and coffee which was very nice to have! We stayed there for only one night to visit Kennedy space center and it is very close to it.

Fantastic location. Close to Kennedy Space complex. Rooms were great, quiet, and well done. As others, we want the lights! Great views. Peaceful but if you want excitement, go to neighboring Dolphin Tiki restaurant. Good food and prices. I would highly recommend this. We had good interaction with the staff as well. We also saw a launch on my husband’s birthday!!!

The host or owner of the house was extremely nice and helpful..it was my birthday the day I checked out and they brought me a fruit platter and a huge tray of gourmet cupcakes for the whole family..I would absolutely recommend this to anyone and I will definitely be back the next time I book a cruise..thanks

The Management was VERY Considerate, the room was SUPER clean. I had a small issue with the refrigerator upon entering my room, called them to report the issue, they sent someone over with in 10 minutes to fix the problem. I find the staff to be very professional and I would highly recommend this property and Management staff.

Due to a medical emergency we unexpectedly left a cruise ship and needed a place to stay while one of our group was in the hospital. The staff here could not have been more friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Because of their flexibility the made our stay there a wonderful experience. We travel quite a bit but for one reason or another this was our first stay at a Hyatt property. It won't be our last.

    Everything was great!!! Owner very personable and helpful. Room was very clean with all modern accessories. Tastefully decorated. Remote bed (luxury sheets) remote blinds, good sized flat tv, keurig (coffee and add ins provided) microwave, spacious refrigerator (supplied with cold water bottles) , tile floors, easy parking. Quiet private space. Would highly recommend. Great value for the price.

    Very modern condo with excellent view of the marina.

    Very modern condo with excellent view of the marina. Good email communication and checkin instructions clear. Lots of cleaning products and toiletries provided. Great TVs. Lots of wildlife and marina activities. Gym and swimming pool were great however concerns around lack of code/key required to access these facilities. No on-site security or reception staff. No safe in the condo. Some cleaning and furniture improvements required. Very noisy roads nearby.

    I didn't care for the neighborhood and the actual mobile...

    I didn't care for the neighborhood and the actual mobile house is old, but the decor is cute, the setup outside with patio and firepit is nice. Ample parking. Dogs barking in the morning as it is a family neighborhood. It did the job of a place to sleep before we boarded our cruise ship. Beds are comfy and my daughter and I loved the shampoo and conditioner, lol! Being on the water was beautiful also! I liked the location, just not so much how run down the neighborhood is.

    The canal side location is lovely with ample parking. Very spacious and with comfortable chairs and settees The bathrooms need renewing as old and one is stained. Some cooking equipment and plates need renewing as old. Bedrooms are spacious and one overlooking the canal.

    A perfect base for a great holiday xx at the end of each day...

    A perfect base for a great holiday xx at the end of each day we couldn’t wait to get back to the apartment shower and jump in our pjs xx we had fun cooking in the kitchen and the dishwasher took care of the plates xx the huge tv and sofa saw us enjoying films galore. We wanted to stay longer ❤️
