The Zermatt has beautiful grounds, which include a carousel (WOW, right?), a pond and walking trail. The gym is AMAZING - lots of equipment, a sauna and a steam room. I didn't have the chance to check out the spa facilities, unfortunately. I think it was Heather, who kindly showed us around. There's also a small pool. Our bed was comfy, and I could easily have stayed longer.

What a great place! An historic house beautifully restored & adapted for it's current use. The people running it could not have been nicer, they made sure every detail of the room, breakfast etc were perfect. The room was spotless & furnished with great taste, fitting in completely with the age of the building. Great location, just a few minutes walk from Main Street. Having stayed in literally hundreds if not thousands of places over many years, this is one of only a handful that stand out & that one always remember. Definitely a 'go to' place in Heber City.

This motel is in a great location in Heber and close to Midway. Room was newly remodeled. Staff very friendly. Price was one of the most affordable rates for this area and is pet friendly.

Check in we almost got hit with a flying projectile (large piece of metal prob 2x4 feet long) from the construction site after being told to park in the construction area since there was no parking in the main lot. then we’re given keys to a dirty room and told that they would text us when we had rooms ready. Natalie blamed it on a girl who had been here 2 days. No text. I checked in via text with no response. We waited until 630 by the pool and then checked into the front desk and they said our room was ready. I was given a room with a king bed, though I requested two queens Talked with Mey and she said they would either refund my entire reservation through booking or comp all of our food and beverage while we were here. Daniel, the general manager was at dinner and refused to come downstairs and talk to me but had Mey make that offer. TV had no remote. Called front desk and Nic said they would send a working remote. None materialized. , Pull out sofa had no bedding - had to call and ask for it, many items out at each of the restaurants. Woke up to mariachi music and compression tools at 7:20 Saturday morning. Tools going at 8am on Sunday. Checked out and talked with Sierra who said there were no notes in their system but that they would comp the whole stay and nothing would hit my credit card. ~$400 in charges over 2 days though we never even ate dinner there. And they charged my card after all so I get to deal with that now.

I am sure the house was fine, but If I owned the house, I would move from Red Awning as a manager. I will NEVER book with them again and will tell all the same. That will not help this property with clients

Quaint small town at the base of the Wasatch Mountains.

Quaint small town at the base of the Wasatch Mountains. It has a Swiss Alps theme going on that is quite charming and fun. The town itself is pretty limited - one or few of just about everything, but not a lot of great options. However, Heber City is only 5-10 minutes away and has more options. Park City is under 30 minutes away, with tons of options for shopping, restaurants, etc. If you like golf, there are multiple very good and reasonably priced courses around. Lots of outdoors / "nature" things to do as well.

Everything was great. Our host was really quick to respond to our questions. The beds were comfy the room location great! We didn’t use the room for anything other than sleeping and getting ready to explore the area. Close proximity to the pool and outside entrance which was very convenient. The room had tv. Video games and a small kitchenette. You will enjoy your time here. The food at the restaurant was yummy
