Easy to get to by bus and by Uber. Clean and friendly staff. Jonathan especially was so friendly and helpful during check in and check out.

Breakfast was very very good. Scrambled eggs was done nicely. I loved that once they had spinach quiche.

Hotel is nice, located not far from Capitol (40 minutes of walk). Close to the hotel is nice arboretum. Price included good breakfast. Rooms were clean as well as rest of the hotel. What I have to highlight is personal of the hotel which was very friendly and really very willing to help with our problem (which was only or problem, not hotel's one). On total very friendly place where I would like to stay once more.

Staff were very friendly (John) at reception. Rooms were clean. Parking was ample. Close to everything shops, outlets, restaurants and Niagra falls.

Comfortable bed, good shower with shampoo and conditioner. Love the decor and relaxed atmosphere. The rooftop bar is very nice. Subway station 3 blocks away. Closed to Union Station. Breakfast at Union market were perfect.

I liked the price valid for my Genius level. I loved the location of the hotel: it is really close to the city center. When I asked for some shower gel, they gave me some.

There is very much choice to eat for breakfast and there is also fresh fruit, the journey begins wonderful after a excellent breakfast 😋

Clean and very spacious apartment, great rooftop BBQ and pool with view on the Capitol. Easy walk to the subway. Several major supermarkets in the neighbourhood if you want to cook yourself. Wonderful to have a washer and a dryer as well. When we mentioned we lacked kitchen utensils they were brought the same day: very adequate -and quick- replies whenever we had a question by mail. Great quality and space for this price.

The gym was huge and brand new.

I loved everything! It was clean, tidy, and the staff were polite. They brought extra bedding for the kids when we asked. The hotel has charging stations for electric vehicles, but there aren’t many of them and they were all occupied. So if you’re choosing this place just for that reason, don’t count on finding an available charging spot.

Located in a beautiful neighborhood, walking distance to the nation's mall and tourist attractions. Two really comfortable beds and very nice breakfast service. You can also grab a free cup of coffee anytime in the lobby. Enjoyed a lot my stay there.
