The suite was huge and had all the amenities you could want. Pool was great. Brilliant to have a guest laundry. Staff were very helpful.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of beds and clean towels. Breakfast is varied but always plentiful. The location is great with plenty of local restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Tin City is definitely worth a visit. The staff are all so happy and attentive, and l must say a special thank you to Terry on the front desk for making everyone feel special. Great hotel.

My problem is with Bookings.com I did not show up for my two nights reservation and yet I was billed for two nights instead of one night per cancellation policy.

Inn on the fifth is an amazing Hotel in a prime location of Naples. The staff were exceptional from Front Desk to Valet to Housekeeping and bar servers . Rooms are modern and kept spotless as well. We will definitely return one day

We had an awesome stay at Bellasera that really exceeded our expectations. The customer service was excellent: free shuttle bus to and from the beach; free beach chairs and umbrellas; free bikes; complimentary cinnamon buns and coffee for breakfast. Everything was included in the resort fee and we were never told to pay anything extra. The room was very clean, kitchenware was new and pleasant to use. Kids loved the heated pool and jacuzzi a lot. Thank you so much for our stay!
