I read a lot of reviews of this place online and I have to say they are all majorly outdated, the place is now extremely clean, and very comfortable to live in, they seemed to have fixed all issues with leaks and the holes in the ground, which gives the place a great look, the bed is extremely comfortable and quite large which was excellent. The tv was high quality and we received towels and shower equipment for our stay, if you are reading the reviews just know they are massively outdated and I highly recommend this place!

Location was wonderful for us.

Nice hotel Shuttle bus to TERMINAL

Plenty of space in the comfortable room

Good breakfast. Shuttle to and from the O’Hare Airport. Friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed here during our trip and it was perfect for what we needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Not luxury, but great value for the price.

Room was cosy and clean. Bed was comfortable. Easy payment with quick deposit return.

Good breakfast, good position. The room Washington clean and comfortable. The hotel shuttle from the airport is at T1 exit 2e lower level

We were upgraded. And that was a bonus, the pool was well maintained. There are loads of options for dining and take away as the hotel is located fabulously.

Although it seems far from the city center it's easy to reach via metro. Comfortable place to stay.

The room and facilities were clean and functional.

We liked everything. The wellnes,bed,breakfast..we enjoyed all.

Free parking would be great when you staying.

Staff where friendly and helpful

Was spotlessly clean, large and very comfortable.

The bed was like a cloud! and the room was stunning. Also used the gym which was very clean tidy and organised Food in the main restaurant was up to a very good standard I like that you can see it being made

That we could get tea at any time. Breakfast was basic but perfect. The rooms were spacious and clean. All the amenities available as a microwave and fridge worked perfectly. The only problem was that after 10:00 there was not a attendant at the front desk.

Great rooms and staff very friendly

Room and comfort: I stayed in a which was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable with good linens, and the desk setup was practical for occasional work. I appreciated the blackout curtains, which helped with the early morning sun. Minor drawbacks included occasional hallway noise and a slightly compact bathroom; neither issue ruined the stay, but they’re worth noting if you’re sensitive to sounds or prefer more space. The Wi-Fi worked well for streaming and video calls, which was important given my travel schedule.

Big room. Clean and tidy. Comfortable big bed, big and clean bathroom. Friendly and helpful stuff. Breakfast is pretty good too.

Had a wonderful stay. No issues at all

The breakfast was ok could of had a little more variety
