The rooms are quite big. The living room is spacious enough to accommodate all our guests together to have fun.

When we arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm after 4 hours driving, the front lady told us there is no available room for us. That was shocking. I have never had such an experience before. I asked what do you mean you have no room for us, I bought it couple days ago, it was confirmed? What is “reserved”, “confirmed” means? She said they do overbook and that happens. She said this is normal. Hell no. This is not normal. I don’t care if you overbook but if you reserved my room I want my room ready when I arrive the hotel. She was very rude and arrogant. I had to go to the bathroom. I was told there is no restroom available for customers. I must be a joke. No, it was not a joke. A security person told me there is a bathroom for staff but no customers. He was smiling “it is funny huh?” No, it is not funny. After a ling drive my family including my 8 years old son had to go to the restroom. It was not “available”. Stay away from this hotel. I have been traveling for 30 years. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and never seen such rude front desk and unprofessional hotel staff like them. This was a horrible horrible experience. We had to find another hotel after 10:00pm. It was nightmare.

I loved Northridge.
I loved Northridge. Getting around is so easy! We stayed next to the mall. We visited the CSUN campus. It was incredible. Both of my children are planning to become students there. Where as we went for only one of my children.
