This B&B was a very relaxing stay for my wife and I to do a run in Middlebury, kayaking, and leaf peeping. We loved the bucolic atmosphere; we watched birds and other wildlife from the patio on the front of our room. The breakfast was excellent and everyday there was a special treat. We really enjoyed the bar in the evenings, talking with Scott and Kevin and enjoying Whiskey Pig, which is local to the area.

A good location for a stress-free holiday in Brandon, Lilac Inn is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the garden.

the place is beautiful with lots of facilities and activities. staff was helpful. if you are out of season this is your best choice in the area.
